After suffering from serial paranormal events, a wealthy family living in LA summons a young rising shaman duo Hwa Rim and Bong Gil to save the newborn of the family. Once they arrive, Hwa Rim senses a dark shadow of their ancestor has latched on the family in a so-called 'Grave Calling'.

In order to exhume the grave and relieve the ancestor, Hwa Rim seeks help from top-notch geomancer Sang Deok and mortician Yeong Geun. To their dismay, the four find the grave at a shady location in a remote village in Korea. Unaware of the consequences, the exhumation is carried out, unleashing a malevolent force buried underneath.

Mizushima Satoru is a designer, who prefers traditional things like handmade items and handwritten works. One day, he happens to meet a mysterious woman, Miharu Miyuki, at the cafe named Piano. She seems to have similar values to him and he is attracted to her. Mizushima Satoru asks for her cellphone number, but she doesn’t own a cellphone. They make a promise to meet at the cafe every Thursday. Since then, Mizushima Satoru & Miharu Miyuki meet every Thursday and their relationship develops romantically. Mizushima Satoru decides to propose her, but, on the day he is going to propose her, Miharu Miyuki doesn’t show up at the cafe.

Tanaka interviews their friends and acquaintances, and as stories of their true nature unfold, he begins to discover that the family was not as ideal as believed. The interviewees themselves unveil their own hidden natures, revealing a disturbing portrait of social elitism.

This feature is mainly about the Thai King's merits and includes many rare footage restored in high definition. It is narrated in Thai by Bird Thongchai and in English by Christopher Wright in 2 separate audio tracks. National Geographic is credited as Associated Partner. The time is 1971, 26 years after Japan's surrender to the Allies and the end of World War II. Sakie (Sachiko Hidari), whose husband was lost in New Guinea, watches the television coverage as the Emperor and Empress officiate at the annual ceremonies honoring Japan's war dead. Sakie is not allowed to participate in these ceremonies and she receives no Government pension. Her husband, or so she was informed in a cryptic telegram from the War Department, was shot as a deserter shortly before the armistice. Sakie, however, finds this difficult to believe. With the years her skepticism has increased as the Government has remained intentionally vague about the exact circumstances surrounding her husband's death. When she tracks down four men who knew her husband in his last days, they tell her a harrowing story.

The squad strategically makes a two-pronged rescue attempt but is tragically ambushed, resulting in heavy casualties. At the same time, the terrorist leader manages to steal the incriminating evidence against him along with essential material for the manufacture of nuclear arms.
