In the early days of the Republic, legendary martial artist Ye Ruzhou suffers a severe injury, losing her memory and winding up in the impoverished alley of Minfu Lane. By a twist of fate, she crosses paths with the carefree Chen Awang, and the two fall for each other. When local tyrant Zheng Juehou intensifies his hold over the neighborhood, Ye Ruzhou rises to defend her new community. Ay is a mixed race child of a Thai mother and a white man. As she is much taller than others and has brown hair instead of black, she looks distinguished by appearance. She majors in fashion in Bangkok to contribute to the family business of indigo dyeing in her hometown. Toughing out her seniors’ bullying and classmates’ jealousy, she tries to focus on herself. On the other hand, her best friend at school tries to get along with anyone. Ay comes back to her hometown to study dyeing, but the colors fade no matter what she tries. In the meantime, she finds out that her childhood best friend is having conflicts with her family because of to religious issues. Ay finds answers to what is needed for life and art through experiences and relationships with others, especially her two close friends.

Detective Mochizuki Akira (Kitano Kii), who was kidnapped as a child, still goes for regular counselling sessions at the recommendation of Tachibana Kyoka (Yoshida Yo), a physician of the police hospital. One day, a creepy doll addressed to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is delivered. The same scar from a burn that Mochizuki’s kidnapper inflicted on her is on the doll’s arm. It is accompanied by a message (in kanji) “I wish for a reunion/resumption”. Does this mean the kidnapper from 20 years ago wants to meet her? Or is this a proclamation that kidnappings will resume? Mochizuki visits her former boss, Yamaji Tetsuo (Terajima Susumu), who also rescued her, in order to ask about the details of the kidnapping case 20 years ago which she has been repressing. The only thing she remembers is the wrist watch that the criminal wore. But at that moment, Mochizuki is notified of the kidnapping of a 9-year-old girl on her mobile phone. Furthermore the same case keeps happening. On the other hand, Yamaji is investigating the dead body of the secretary of a Diet lawmaker, which was discovered within his jurisdiction. Although it is clearly considered a murder, the investigation is called off because of the orders of the head of the First Investigative Division, Kokubo Yuji (Abe Sadao), and treated as a suicide. Feeling suspicious about this, Yamaji secretly asks medical examiner, Mikami Kaoru (Kato Masaya), to run a check. Mikami reluctantly accepts. He contacts a mysterious man (Yoshida Kotaro) and makes some disturbing move. Mochizuki tells her boss, the director Asano Yoshinori (Nakamura Shunsuke), about the doll as well as the connection between the rash of simultaneous kidnappings this time and the case 20 years ago, but he does not pay attention. However, Kariya Masaru (Aoyagi Sho), who belongs to the Second Special Investigation Fourth Section, offers to assist her. The two of them start to investigate similar cases in the past without Asano’s permission, but are astonished that all the investigation records at that time have been deleted from the police database. Moreover, the next morning the investigation task force is notified of the signals from the mobile phone of the missing girl, and Mochizuki and Kariya race to the scene but… As the case enters a new phase, Mochizuki starts to worry about what she should do when she confronts the criminal who kidnapped her 20 years ago. Yukihara Natsumi (Shinohara Ryoko) appears in before Mochizuki. Meanwhile, Umekawa Naoko (Kinami Haruka), whom the police has identified as a person related to the case, comes.

Lee Seong Han's return to cinema after a 7-year break, the story is about a teacher feels guilt over the suicide of a student and struggles to be a good teacher to those under his care.

At the end of the TV series of the same name, it is revealed that the husband works for the Public Security Bureau, and their marriage is a cover to keep her under surveillance. However, to save a friend, Nami runs out of the house and risks everything she has to confront the enemy. When she comes home, she finds her husband pointing a gun at her! A gunshot echoes through the quiet, upscale neighborhood…The movie picks up where the controversial ending of the drama series left off!!

There is “another Japan,” which is divided into three countries and has been in ethnic conflict for 100 years. In the middle of the conflict, a young girl (Ikuta Erika) was kidnapped and confined by a group calling itself “National Liberation Army.”

The upcoming romantic Korean movie ‘Cyrano Agency’ held the press conference at Ewha 100th Memmorial Hall at Ewha Girls’ High School, Seoul, on August 16. This event is attended by its cast, movie’s crew and reporters. The movie stars Uhm Tae Woong (Queen Seon Duk), Lee Min Jung (Smile), Daniel Choi (High Kick Through the Roof), and Park Shin Hye (You’re Beautiful). The movie inspired by the 1990 French movie entitled ‘Cyrano de Bergerac’, depicts a dating agency with a 99% success rate owned by Uhm’s character and employs Park as a strategist. There is a shy guy (played by Daniel) who doesn’t dare to approach a woman he loves (Lee) directly. He comes to the agency and asks their help to make that woman love him. Then, Uhm’s team plan a game trick to initiate contact. But, in the process Uhm falls for her instead which make the two men begin to compete for her affection. ‘Cyrano Agency’ is scheduled to release in September during the Chuseok holiday weekend.
