While patrolling the Honjo area, Heizo Hasegawa encounters his old dojo companion and close friend, Samanosuke Kishii, as well as Hikoju of Sagami, a ruffian from Honjo. Samanosuke informs Heizo that the daughter they once admired, Ofusa, has been divorced and is now married into the household of the villainous lord, Jubei Matsuoka. When Hikoju investigates the circumstances surrounding this lord, it becomes clear that there are connections to the mentor of Heizo and Samanosuke from their youth, as well as revelations of wrongdoing.

Dong-Cheol (Kim Su-Ro) is an ordinary salaryman. He's also a sweet husband and caring father. Dong-Cheol though finds himself in trouble. The two men plan to kidnap high school student Tae-Hee (Ko Eun-Ah), whose parents are extremely rich. Things don't go according to plan as Tae-Hee is a troubled teen. Making matters worse, Dong-Cheol answers a phone call and hears, "I kidnapped your daughter. I kidnapped the kidnapper's daughter."

Ten Months portrays the experience of Mi Rae, a twenty-nine-year-old video game developer, from the moment she becomes pregnant to her childbirth. As time goes by, she realizes how much her surroundings aren't conducive to childbirth, and the film conveys her situation so vividly as if perceived through VR headgear. “I was deceived. The whole world is cheating on me,” said Mi Rae, who is going to get married her boyfriend Yun Ho through force of circumstance, is cut off from work and fails to get a job again.

In 1995, in Seoul, a huge shopping centre, the Sampung department Store collapsed, killing about 500 people and injuring many others. This tragedy was caused by human negligence. Half a million dollars were offered in indemnity to the victims' relatives, and this triggered a merciless looting made by unscrupulous people. In a morgue where the lifeless body of a girl lies, waiting to be identified, a man and a woman, who introduce themselves as the parents of the victim, are distraught over the loss of the young girl. However, after a moment's hesitation, a morgue employee claims the body of the girl. The grotesque controversy about who is the real "owner" of the corpse and the legitimate beneficiary of the money starts here. Between turn of events and paradoxical punishments of fate, the ending leads to a tragic and ironic conclusion. In black and white, the whole story is set in the cold morgue, where the characters' absurd and pathetic dialogues take place, like a journalist and a police detective who keep on squabbling. Halfway between Hitchcock and Polanski, Judgement reveals all Park's irony about a shabby, ignorant and greedy humanity, that does not hesitate to come to vile compromises for money.
