Set in the early 1980's in Heongseong, South Korea. Young Sook is the feared leader of a female gang at the high school. Although she is known for her toughness, she has a secret crush on Joong Gil. Meanwhile, Joong Gil is the school's playboy. He attempts to woo all the girls at his high school except for Young Sook. That's because Gwang Shik, the feared leader of a rival school's male gang, views Young Sook as his woman.

A new female transfer student from Seoul arrives at their high school. She's different from the other girls and beautiful. Joong Gil falls for her instantly, while Young Sook attempts to prevent the new girl from encroaching on her secret crush. Trouble also brews for Joong Gil as Gwang Shik becomes aware of Young Sook stepping in between Joong Gil and the new transfer student.

Omnibus movie with 4 segments. A TIME TO LEAVE: One day mom asks her 4 daughters to come to the countryside where she’s staying. Once they all gather mom reveals that she gets cancel and doesn’t want to receive treatment. A GIRL AT THE BAR: The man who writes poetry and another man who is disabled try to win one girl’s heart who works at the bar. But they impose their views on her and she disputes their views. A REMAINING TIME: Steve, Korean-American, and So Yeon want to get married but they don’t get her father’s permission because of Steve’s unsettled life. They go see a fortune-teller and are told that they have to break up within 100 days otherwise they will both die. LIKE A FRENCH FILM: Soo Min has a crush on Ki Hong but is pulled this way and that. Soo Min’s sister advises him to stop seeing her. Soo Min thinks over it but when he gets a call from Ki Hong he goes to see her without hesitation.

16-year-old Haruka (Ai Hashimoto) lost the people she loved the most in a fire. Haruka is also physically and emotionally wounded from the fire, but she still dreams of becoming a pianist. She takes part in an upcoming competition. Inauspicious incidents then occur around her. Musical student Yosuke (Shinya Kiyozuka), who teaches piano to Haruka, tries to solve the case.

Ximen Qing and Pan Jinlian met their eyes and tried every means to get Wu Songzhi to Tokyo. When Wu Song hurried home, his brother had died! Wu Song didn't believe Pan Jinlian's remarks, and decided to investigate the cause of his brother's death, and was attacked by a silver wire killer on the way. Wu Song tied Brother Yun and Uncle He to the court together, wanting to convict Ximen Qing and Pan Jinlian, but the county magistrate returned the case in a few words and closed the case scribbled. Su Wan is a sophomore in college, and she works part-time as a tutor to cover her tuition since her father lost his job and started a small chicken eatery. A series of black garbage bags filled with dismembered body parts begin to show up around the city: in an elevator, on a highway, at the edge of a basketball court, and rendering the victims nearly impossible to identify. The killer's motive is a complete mystery. Leading the investigation is Detective Cho, a burnt-out cop trying to redeem himself with this case. Setting up a special squad dedicated to these gruesome murders, Cho and his partner, the veteran Detective Oh, map out the order of the murders, interchanging the parts like pieces in a grotesque puzzle. Mystified by the surgical precision of the dismemberments and finding a medical antiseptic called "Hexamedrin" spread all over the bodies, the detectives start suspecting a doctor or a biologist as the killer.

A break opens up when Cho is led to a beautiful and enigmatic young artist, Chae Su Yeon, whom all the victims have had relations with. But besides this revealing breakthrough, Cho is far from solving the case. Still not having found a motive, Cho is grasping for many clues. As the murders continue, Cho is drawn closer to Su Yeon and begins unravelling her tortured past, leading to new questions and suspects. Cho and Oh subsequently discover that her father, a famous painter, mysteriously disappeared years before. Cho decides to investigate her late college classmate and current colleague Ki Yeon, and her friend, Sung Min.

While Cho questions Ki Yeon, the fragile Su Yeon is attacked but manages to escape. After being released from police custody, Ki Yeon disappears, and the next morning Detective Cho is notified of the fourth murder. Under the rainy urban landscape of Korea's capital, another garbage bag is discovered on a highway. This time, the corpse is a head-less Ki Yeon.

Terminally ill former intelligence agent Ki Heon, encounters the first ever genetically mutated human clone Seo Bok, who holds the secret of eternal life. Ki Heon is tasked with the safe transportation of mankind's first human clone as his last mission. They become caught in dangerous situations as several forces aim to take the clone for their own agenda.

The movie reinterprets the story of Xu Fu (pronounced 'Seo Bok' in Korean) from a modern viewpoint. Xu Fu was from the Qin Dynasty and he was sent by Qin Shi Huang to find the elixir of life twice.

The film, which is a remake of the 2013 South Korean thriller ‘Montage’, revolves around a mother suffering from a terminal illness who finds renewed determination to catch the person who abducted and killed her daughter ten years ago.
