“Stage Fighter” is a survival program in which male dancers from ballet, contemporary dance, and Korean traditional dance genres will compete against each other in a ranked battle. The dancers will combine their unique dance styles with modern and popular dance elements to present spectacular group performances.

Celebrity dads are left to care for their kids alone for 48 hours without the help of anyone, while their wives leave the home to enjoy some relaxing time off. The wives are shown leaving the home before the 48 hours begins and coming back to greet their family once the 48 hours have ended. During the 48 hours, the dads and children are either doing a task the wives have written out for the dads to complete or the dads exploring new activities with their kids. Occasionally celebrity friends of the dads will stop by to interact with the kids.

Lee Yeon-bok is looking for a hobby not related to his work as a chef, while Jo Jae-yoon wants to learn some construction skills as a hobby and a back-up plan. Their exploring on various areas and their daily lives will make us feel related to them. In the studio, four celebrity panels watch videos, provide information, and discuss their own opinions.

The series follows J-Hope of BTS across the world – from Seoul to his native town Gwangju as well as Osaka, Paris and New York – mingling with dancers across genres.
