The 'Universe League', which will create a boy group, will be held in a completely different format from Season 1. It is a league-style audition where the final winning team that wins the Prism Cup debuts. Three representative K-pop artists will become the managers of each club. They select team members through a trainee draft and compete against each other. This was combined with the sports element of combining the best members of each club through a trade of exchanging trainees. Through this, 'Universe League' is expected to be a differentiated audition that shows more dynamic competition.

During the summer in the present day, Jeon Youn Ha runs a vacation cottage located deep in the woods. His peaceful life is shaken by the sudden appearance of a mysterious woman named Yoo Sung A.

In the early 2000's, Koo Sang Joon ran the same vocation cottage as Jeon Young Ha did years later. Koo Sang Joon and his family also lived there, but, during the summer, something happened at his vacation cottage and Koo Sang Joon lost everything because of that. At that time, Yoon Bo Min worked as a police officer at the nearest police substation from the vacation cottage. 20 years later, Yoon Bo Min is transferred to the same police substation where she worked before and she begins to work there as the chief. She enjoys solving things and begins to observe Jeon Young Ha closely.

The Four Scholars of Jiangnan takes place in the early 1500’s Ming Dynasty, during the reign of the reckless and foolish Zhengde Emperor. The emperor’s eunuchs, led by the powerful Liu Jin, are gaining power through the emperor’s weakening reign, and it is up to the four Jiangnan scholars to stop the corrupted officials from further harming the country and its citizens.

Robot maker, Kronos Heaven, finally develops "Night Tenjo", the perfect male humanoid programmed to be devoted and completely loyal to his lover. The company chooses temp worker Izawa Riko to take part in a 5-day free trial. At first, Riko only sees Night as a household appliance. But when she finds out how deep Night's devotion to herself is, Riko finds herself falling in love with him. Joining the love triangle is Asamoto Soshi, a distinguished young executive at her company who has feelings for her.

Ten thousand years ago, a massive battle known as the Battle Royal was fought by fifty-two Undead, each representing a species fighting for dominance over all others. The winner was the Human Undead, known as Category Two of Hearts, giving dominion of the Earth to humanity. In the present day, archaeologists discover the sealed Undead, and accidentally set them free. Thus, a new Battle Royal begins. Having developed the Rider System, based on the Joker's ability to copy sealed Undead, the organization BOARD (Board Of Archaeological Research Department) equips two young men, who become Kamen Riders: Kazuma Kenzaki and Sakuya Tachibana fight together as Kamen Rider Blade and Kamen Rider Garren to protect humans from Undead and seal them. Also fighting Undead is the mysterious Chalice, a Kamen Rider whose purpose is unknown. In addition, a young man struggles to free himself from the control of the sealed Undead powering his own Undead-made Rider System, fighting as Kamen Rider Leangle.

Yoshiko Aoi is a budding researcher in ethology, the study of animal behavior. "Men=male" are born unfaithful. But through her studies, Yoshiko learns it's not the males' fault. Rather, it's the fault of their genes, who work to replicate themselves by controlling the males' body. This is the sad, but commonly accepted theory of biology. What's even sadder is that Yoshiko's nickname is "Gene," because her name written in Chinese characters can also be read as "Jinko/Geneko." The love story follows Yoshiko's struggles with research and romance.

Even after marriage, Nagiko and Nozomu still spend time dating each other. They seem to be a happy couple, but right behind their backs, each has his/her own secret meetings with his/her ex-lover. Such secrets don't hold long, and get exposed soon. But, it's only then that they realise they in fact love each other very much and are real partners.

The story is about the nuances of family dynamics in a modern day martial arts clan. Mei Chao Ying (Zhang Kai Li) is an orthodox kung fu master and Ren Xiao Xuan (Zhang Jia Ning) is her daughter-in-law. Ren Xiao Xuan is a dancer that dreams of taking the center stage in spite of being relegated to the sidelines though she relishes the opportunity to simply wake up every morning to dance. In spite of a lackluster career, Xiao Xuan is a blooming bride ready to start a new chapter in her life. Unfortunately, her husband goes missing during their honeymoon and her new mother-in-law considers her to be a prime suspect. Nevertheless, the mother-daughter pair soon realize that they have a greater enemy in the form of Huang Shu Lang, a relative who has returned from overseas to seize control of the family legacy.

The story revolves around three 40-year-old women: lawyer Du Xiaoling, returned overseas Chinese Song Qing, and supermarket cashier Ye Hong. After Ye Hong's divorce from the gambler's ex-husband, he took his son to rent the house of the equally divorced taxi driver He Jing. One day, He Jing's ex-wife and Ye Hong's ex-husband suddenly appeared at the same time, and the four lived together in embarrassment. Ye Hong took the initiative to take care of He Jing's ex-wife who was paralyzed by a car accident. He Jing was deeply moved and the two sparked love. Hu Zhendong and Du Xiaoling, both attorneys, had a further emotional development in the process of representing the divorce lawsuit together. Song Qing and Bruce Lee opened a literary café. The two were like-minded, and Bruce had an admiration for Song Qing. When Song Qing’s ex-husband came back from abroad, Song Qing realized that her ex-husband’s awakening was what she had been waiting for. The story of three forty-year-old women ended happily.
