Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

Omniscient Interfering View is an observational entertainment show that uses a documentary style techniques to observe the life of the cast members and their managers. The cast members, a behavioral analysis expert, and occasionally guests, watch the videos in a studio setting and provide commentary.

It is a sitcom talk show program set in a school. In each episode, new celebrity guests appear as transfer students at the 'Brother School' where seven mischievous brother students wait for them. The show consists of several dynamic sessions. In ‘Guess About Me,’ Celebrity guests create random, secret questions about themselves. Then the hosts called 'Knowledgeable Bros' make humorous guesses to get the answers. Another session is ‘Bros Inside’, an ad-lib skit show, where entertainers are given only the setting for a story and have to perform completely ad-libbed skits.

Oh My Part, You' is a new music/game show featuring some of the best K-pop musicians competing for best harmony. Two teams of musicians do a game to select their partners from 5 mysterious contestants. After choosing the partners, the newly-created teams perform the final performances. Then, the audience will decide the winner. Viewers can enjoy a little suspenseful mind game between the sides, as well as fantastic and moving performances from the teams.

The reality drama will tell the story of 7 co-workers at a company on the verge of going bankrupt, as the SF9 members play the roles of various employees from the top of the hierarchy (Youngbin, the department chief) to the bottom of the hierarchy (Hwiyoung, the intern). All the while, the employees also whisper behind the scenes in order to discover which of their co-workers is actually the son of the CEO, a.k.a 'Heir X'!

MBC M's 'C.T.O Project - The Survival' tells the story of a Chinese boy group seeking to challenge the K-Pop scene by honing their skills not only in singing, dancing, and performance, but also in areas such as variety, and more. On the second episode of the series airing this week, C.T.O will be meeting up with ONF at the WM Entertainment building, challenging the K-Pop idols to a battle of synchronized choreography. The two teams will also be judged by choreographers like Bae Yoon Jung, Jung Jin Suk, etc.

“Street Woman Fighter” is Mnet’s first-ever female dance crew survival program, where eight female dance crews that represent South Korea will compete to be the No. 1 team. The dancers will showcase various genres of street dance, including hip hop, waacking, locking, krumping, and breakdancing.

Go Fridge is a Chinese cooking show produced by Tencent Video. The rights were bought from South Korean television series Please Take Care of My Refrigerator. In each episode, two guests bring their refrigerators to the filming studio and sit down to talk with the hosts and other chefs. At the end of examining the fridge, a guest selects two chefs to cook a dish for them to eat, they will each have 15 minutes to cook the dishes, with the winner selected only by the guest alone. The chefs must use a randomized extra ingredient to cook with and incorporate in their dishes.
