Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. Nira, deeply crushed and traumatised by this rejection, decides with his mother's support to do something that changes the rest of his life. He undergoes a sex reassignment surgery which completely transforms him into a gorgeous woman. Unfortunately, her mother dies during the operation. Devastated, she runs away from the hospital. The one who finds her and helps her is doctor Benjang, who takes her home. She starts living as his sister.

One day, Nira coincidentally meets Chatchavee. Due to her beauty, he starts to fall for her and also Nira's father. None of them recognise her. The tragedy love begins to be more and more complicated when Nira's aunt, who always looks down on Nira's love and is envious of her, discovers the truth and tries to hinder Nira in every way. How will this story end?

The two girls become sworn sisters and Xiao Yan Zi promises to help Zi Wei find her father, Qianlong Emperor. Xiao Yan Zi decides to sneak into the mountain where the Emperor hunts, but Zi Wei is weak and she is unable to get across the mountain, so she asks Xiao Yan Zi to tell the Emperor her story. On her way, Xiao Yan Zi gets shot and is unable to tell the Emperor her story, so the Emperor mistakes her for the princess and Xiao Yan Zi is proclaimed princess because Qianlong thinks she is his long-lost daughter. Meanwhile, Zi Wei is falling for Er Kang, a minister and private guard of the king. While in the palace, Xiao Yan Zi has caught the eye of her brother’, Yong Qi, who is the fifth prince and the court artist, Benjamin. Although he’s engaged to Princess Xing Rong, Yong Qi finds himself drawn toward Xiao Yan Zi. The group makes a plan to get Zi Wei acknowledged as the true princess while keeping Xiao Yan Zi’s head safe from the guillotine. Xiao Yan Zi and Zi Wei’s antics in the palace attract attention from everyone, the emperor, the empress, the doting concubines, as well as the stern dowager empress and her confidante, Princess Qing Er.

Pyar Ke Sadqay is the story of Abdullah (Bilal Abbas) and Mahjabeen(Yumna Zaidi) who are social misfits. Mahjabeen’s character is that of an ingénue. Mahjabeen is a naïve, quirky, clumsy, carefree, overtalkative, and mischievous young woman who has failed the tenth-grade multiple times. She is very innocent and fails to pick up on certain social cues. Presumably, she has a lower-middle-class family background. Abdullah is a shy, nerdy, soft-spoken, and socially awkward/out-of-place university student who is gifted in mathematics. He comes from an affluent upbringing and has been verbally abused by his stepfather, Sarwar (Omair Rana). Both protagonists are daydreamers with different aspirations; Mahjabeen fantasizes about escaping from her studies and getting married one day, while Abdullah dreams about a relationship with his crush and classmate, Shanzey (Yashma Gill). Mahjabeen and Abdullah know each other through her father, Munshi Jee, who works for Abdullah’s family and their business. Mahjabeen teases Abdullah on occasion and they are acquaintances at the beginning of the series. Early in the series, Sarwar becomes smitten with Mahjabeen and plots to pursue her romantically. After both protagonists get rejected by their interests (with Mahjabeen’s fiancé eloping with her best friend on her wedding day and Abdullah’s crush rejecting his proposal), Abdullah marries Mahjabeen on the spot. He does this out of pity. This angers Sarwar, and he secretly plots to ruin the gullible Abdullah’s relationship with the ever-so innocent Mahjabeen. The plot twists and Sarwar tries to marry Mahjabeen by false means. Mahjabeen tells about Sarwar to Abdullah who is now confused. [1][2]He sends her back home on the account of his father's insult.Munshi Jee gets arrested on the order of Sarwar, and has a heart attack and dies after asking Washma Abdullah's younger sister, to take care of Mahjabeen as she is very innocent. Washma is a confident girl unlike her brother Abdullah as she grew up with her aunt Lala Rukh instead of lurking with Sarwar. Abdullah proceeds to marry Shanzay after she attempts suicide. Sarwar threatens Mahjabeen and her mother but she cuts the call on his end. Washma takes Mahjabeen to the hospital where she is revealed to be pregnant. Washma explains to her mom Munshi ji was innocent and was tied in a plan plotted by Sarwar. Abdullah and Washma's mom then tells her son to take over their company. Now their mom leaves Sarwar. Abdullah realizes Mehjabeen is his true love and breaks up with Shanzey. The serial ends with Abdullah bringing Mehjabeen home, Sarwar ending up in the jail and the last scene is of Mehjabeen and Abdullah quarreling.

The basis for the drama is the novel "Kashikogi" by author Cho Chang-in, which has sold 2 million copies in Korea since its publication in 2000. It has already been adapted as a television drama and a stage play in that country. On February 4, Shogakukan is publishing the book in Japan under the title "Good Life" Sorimachi plays the part of Daichi Sawamoto, a newspaper reporter who has always prioritized his work over his family. When his wife suddenly leaves him, he finally notices the love he has been receiving from his son. Just as he decides to answer back, it is discovered that his son has leukemia. Igawa plays Sawamoto's wife, Eikura plays a pediatrics specialist, and Ihara plays a doctor.
