King of Mask Singer is a South Korean singing competition program starting Celebrities. Each competition lasts for two episodes, with the singers competing one-on-one in three elimination rounds. They are given elaborate masks to wear in order to conceal their identity, thus removing factors such as popularity, career and age that could lead to prejudiced voting. In the first round, both contestants sing the same song, while in the second and third round they each sing a solo song. The winners of each pair are selected by the audience and panel of celebrities through instant live votes.

The identities of the singers are not revealed until they have been eliminated. The winner of the third round challenges the previous competition's Mask King, and is either eliminated or becomes the new Mask King.

Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

Some may work out to get in shape, some may simply rest up from their tiring schedule, and others may meet up with friends they didn't have the time to. From well-known comedians to global superstars, the relay camera captures unexpected and uniques stories. 'CHARGING CRYSTALS', a vlog series containing Krystal's simple daily life. It will show Krystal enjoying her staying-at-home life at the beginning of the year and then leaving for Jeju Island for a photoshoot Krystal will show her self-camera footage in which she spends the time by herself while taking a break after a while. She will also visit her friend's workplace and record something together. She will also show enjoying a walk with her mother on the New Year's Day.
