During the summer in the present day, Jeon Youn Ha runs a vacation cottage located deep in the woods. His peaceful life is shaken by the sudden appearance of a mysterious woman named Yoo Sung A.

In the early 2000's, Koo Sang Joon ran the same vocation cottage as Jeon Young Ha did years later. Koo Sang Joon and his family also lived there, but, during the summer, something happened at his vacation cottage and Koo Sang Joon lost everything because of that. At that time, Yoon Bo Min worked as a police officer at the nearest police substation from the vacation cottage. 20 years later, Yoon Bo Min is transferred to the same police substation where she worked before and she begins to work there as the chief. She enjoys solving things and begins to observe Jeon Young Ha closely.

Fuse Kyoichi (Kamikawa Takaya) is a reporter who belongs to the news bureau of TBN TV. A roving reporter with no specific beat, he makes fullest use of this position and has scored numerous scoops with his distinctive interviews. Fuse obtains evidence linking the suicide of a construction company’s head of department to the illegal donation scandal of Yamanobe Tetsuo (Ono Takehiko), the secretary general of the ruling party, and confronts Yamanobe himself. However, despite having proof that the other media outlets do not have, he ends up handing the evidence over to Mochida Yutaka (Shoji Tomoharu) of Toa Shimbun just because he does not want it on television. Once he finds Reiko’s mother, Kaede (Lily), he aggressively seeks her comments. Fuse stands up for her and gets her into the safety of the hospital. However, Reiko passes away despite surgery. Fuse has no words to offer Kaede who is bereaved by the sudden loss of her daughter. Kaede soon calms down and tells him about a strange message that she received from Reiko right before the accident. It said, “I want to meet Sakaki. I greatly regret our breakup.” Why did Reiko, who has recovered from the shock of Sakaki’s death and been cheerful lately, suddenly express her desire to meet Sakaki. After returning to TBN TV, something occurs to him from his conversation with Kayama Eriko (Natsuna), who has become the new caster of TBN’s News 11. This is a story about Bpeeyachat a young orphan that meets Monthai, the son from a rich family, during her childhood and befriends him. A car accident takes her grandmother, her last living family member, away from her and she starts living with Viyada and her family.

Monthai, who is engaged to Viyada, goes abroad for studies because he can´t stand living at home anymore because of his mother´s insane jealousy and the terrible things that happened because of it. During his time abroad, he sends many letters to his fiancee, which are not answered by her, but instead by Bpeeyachat. Viyada is more interested in getting to know other men than corresponding with or waiting for him.

Monthai´s mother gets really sick and asks for Viyada to take care of her. This is the last thing she wants to do and so Bpeeyachat goes in her place. Monthai comes back from abroad and thinks that Bpeeyachat is pretending to be Viyada, because of the money. He starts to treat her badly, but slowly starts to care for her. Shortly after, Viyada comes to his home and trouble ensures.

Jin Young, a very open-minded and energetic woman, worked for the Seoul Hotel. Her ex-boyfriend Tae Joon resigned and had left for Vegas three years earlier due to an unfortunate incident w/ a guest. The owner of the hotel had always believed in Tae Joon even more so than his own son, Young Jae. When he died of a heart attack, his wife realized that Jin Young must go to Vegas to bring Tae Joon back so he could help run the hotel, which was falling into pieces.
