During the 48 hours, the dads and children are either doing a task the wives have written out for the dads to complete or the dads exploring new activities with their kids. Occasionally celebrity friends of the dads will stop by to interact with the kids.

"Iron Girls" is a new tvN entertainment program that features Jin Seo Yun, Uee, Seol In Ah, and Park Ju Hyun challenging a triathlon.

The triathlon that the four will challenge is a sport that requires swimming, cycling, and marathon without stopping, and is an event that requires extreme physical strength and strong endurance. The four people's challenge and passion will be conveyed through "Iron Girls".
