The 'Universe League', which will create a boy group, will be held in a completely different format from Season 1. Koo Sang Joon and his family also lived there, but, during the summer, something happened at his vacation cottage and Koo Sang Joon lost everything because of that. At that time, Yoon Bo Min worked as a police officer at the nearest police substation from the vacation cottage. 20 years later, Yoon Bo Min is transferred to the same police substation where she worked before and she begins to work there as the chief. She enjoys solving things and begins to observe Jeon Young Ha closely.

It is the Edo period during the ninth Shogun Ieshige's reign. Several princesses with different temperaments reside in the palace of King Jing of Moxuan. King Jing favors Princess Yi for her gentle and kind demeanor. Or intentional? The doctor Komoto Hideaki, who is the son-in-law of Shinsei Hospital director Komoto Junichiro, entered the emergency room. But the moment he saw the unidentified woman’s face, his expression hardened. Imaizumi Nao, a nurse at the hospital, took care of her. However, the woman never said a word. Junichiro’s only daughter Mie, who is also Hideaki’s wife and the hospital’s head nurse, reacted adversely to the woman’s occasionally sinister smiles and tried to get her out.
