The 'Universe League', which will create a boy group, will be held in a completely different format from Season 1. During the summer in the present day, Jeon Youn Ha runs a vacation cottage located deep in the woods. His peaceful life is shaken by the sudden appearance of a mysterious woman named Yoo Sung A.

Koo Sang Joon and his family also lived there, but, during the summer, something happened at his vacation cottage and Koo Sang Joon lost everything because of that. At that time, Yoon Bo Min worked as a police officer at the nearest police substation from the vacation cottage. 20 years later, Yoon Bo Min is transferred to the same police substation where she worked before and she begins to work there as the chief. She enjoys solving things and begins to observe Jeon Young Ha closely.

Being kind hearted and realizing that Mike was a good person, she lets him live in her house, and eventually Mike falls in love with her. Circumstance causes Golf, Mike, Pat, and Ple to meet. Ple having an obsession with everything Japanese, immediately takes a liking to Mike, which stirs everything up. Golf and Mike gained the eye of the music company when they helped Pat with a commercial that required them to show off their natural dancing skills. With everyone commenting that they looked alike and that they could be brothers, Golf's producer decides to form the duo Golf-Mike and their singing career starts there. Unknown to the both of them, Golf's mother is the mother Mike has been looking for, and they were half-brothers

Ultraman Gaia takes place in yet another universe, one that is totally different from the world of the original Ultramen, as well as world of Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Dyna. In a departure from most of the other series, there are two Ultramen as the main characters. They have conflicting philosophies in regards to defending the Earth from a mysterious, malevolent and extremely intelligent cosmic entity.
