Yano Katsuhiko, a weather forecaster who is divorced and is introduced by his friend, Taguchi to popular radio DJ Yukawa Sachi aka "Love Specialist". Yano recalled seeing pictures of her before but the person he actually saw is Sachi's friend, Yujin.

Huang Cai Wei was engaged to Bai Qian Feng when he went missing on a business trip and presumed dead. She was then forced to marry his brother Bai Qian Sheng. His obvious favoritism of her incited jealousy in his other wives, especially his primary wife Ma Fu Fang. Huang managed to outmaneuver many of the women's ploy using her wits. But when her fiance returned home alive, she was placed in precarious situation where she couldn't free herself from.

Promising film-like production values, this show tells the story of an adopted lawyer from Canada (Lee Sung Jae), a Korean singer dreaming of escaping abroad (Kim Min Jung) and her manager (Uhm Tae Woong). However, the two boys are lost brothers, and they love the same woman.

Tokura Wataru works in Tokyo for a TV shopping program. After getting on the bad side of the show's charismatic presenter, "Antarctic Ice", he gets transferred to a rural call center. Waiting for him is Aoyama Kyoko, nicknamed the "queen of complaints" for her expert ability at handling unsatisfied customers. Unsettled by this call center that seems to have no regard for the rules, he begins working on a plan to return to the main office in Tokyo. Though at first he struggles in his new position he soon finds love in his work.

Jin Yan Xi, a young man from an influential family, falls in love with a girl called Leng Qing Qiu, who comes from a poor background. They continue to date even though the difference in their respective social statuses prevents them from being together. Bai Xiu Zhu, a girl from another affluent family, also falls in love with Yan Xi, who rejects her and goes on to marry Qing Qiu. However, Yan Xi's restlessness, spoiled personality and boredom of life after marriage prompts him to have an extramarital affair with Xiu Zhu. He eventually breaks up with Qing Qiu and leaves her and his newborn son so that he can accompany Xiu Zhu to Germany. When the house where Qing Qiu and his son lived catches fire, Yan Xi thinks that they have died and he collapses in sorrow and regret. However, Qing Qiu and their son actually survived. Yan Xi tries to find Qing Qiu at the train station and imagines himself hugging her. Qing Qiu is actually near him on a southbound train. Yan Xi gives up and boards a train heading in the opposite direction after seeing that there is nothing left for him at home (his family is breaking up since his father had been robbed of his wealth and had died). Inspector Sugishita Ukyo, head of the Special Missions Division, returns from London and goes home in the sports car of Assistant Inspector Kanbe Takeru, who has come to meet him at Narita Airport even though Ukyo did not ask him to. However, on the way home, Ukyo notices police officers from the Metropolitan Police Department conducting a crackdown outside the agency’s jurisdiction in Chiba Prefecture and gets suspicious. The police officers that Ukyo had seen were riding motorcycles. He lies in wait in a street with a dead end, but the motorcycle police have vanished into thin air. Ukyo is mystified and begins a thorough investigation. The Head of the National Police Agency’s Secretariat, Onoda Koken, appears before Ukyo, who has a bad feeling about what is going on. He tells Ukyo that Honda Atsuto, a revolutionist and senior leader of the leftist radicals “Red Canary”, has secretly returned to Japan.

Set in the winter of 1923, Feng Chuan Mu Dan takes viewers in a time of war and instability in Northern China. The young Buddhist nun Wu Xia by chances learns of her identity as the eldest daughter of the Yu Family in Suzhou, known for their silk embroidery. As she runs away from military pursuit and heads toward Suzhou, she is saved by the young, idealistic businessman Huo Dong Qing who escorts her to Suzhou. Wu Xia is faced with many trials and tribulations related to the familial and societal pressures which she faces with grace and kind perseverance.
