Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

The cast members take various trips throughout South Korea, including many offshore islands, recommending various places that viewers can visit. While doing so, members also perform missions at a certain mealtime or point of the day to earn rewards (eg. foods that are famous in the region they visit) and to avoid punishments

It features NCT DREAM taking off on their first trip together since all seven of the group’s members became legal adults. The show captures the idols having fun as they relax and enjoy delicious food together on their vacation, as well as the heartfelt conversations between the bandmates as they prepare to return with the first full-length album of NCT DREAM’s nearly five-year career.
