“Stage Fighter” is a survival program in which male dancers from ballet, contemporary dance, and Korean traditional dance genres will compete against each other in a ranked battle. The dancers will combine their unique dance styles with modern and popular dance elements to present spectacular group performances.

Celebrity dads are left to care for their kids alone for 48 hours without the help of anyone, while their wives leave the home to enjoy some relaxing time off. The wives are shown leaving the home before the 48 hours begins and coming back to greet their family once the 48 hours have ended. During the 48 hours, the dads and children are either doing a task the wives have written out for the dads to complete or the dads exploring new activities with their kids. Occasionally celebrity friends of the dads will stop by to interact with the kids.

The program opened applications for students or parents of their children, who want to take up 1-to-1 tuition from the home tutors recruited by the program. The home tutors will then visit the homes of the picked registrants and conduct 1-to-1 tuition, while at the same time giving life lessons and advice. Upon completion of their first lessons, for the next lessons tests will be conducted, and if the students do not score more than 90 marks, the home tutors will end their provisions of tuition to the students. The hosts and studio guests watch the ways the tutors conduct their lessons in the studio and provide some commentaries about their ways of teaching.

The dance masters from Street Woman Fighters come up for teaching the bad dancers. The bad dancers will show how talented they can be although they don’t seem to be good at dancing. The real dance coaching variety show begins to unfold.

And joining this trio this time around is a fresh crop of star pundits, including Oh! My Girl member Mimi, Kang Seung Yoon of WINNER, and leading psychiatrist Kim Chong Gi.
