The 'Universe League', which will create a boy group, will be held in a completely different format from Season 1. Koo Sang Joon and his family also lived there, but, during the summer, something happened at his vacation cottage and Koo Sang Joon lost everything because of that. At that time, Yoon Bo Min worked as a police officer at the nearest police substation from the vacation cottage. 20 years later, Yoon Bo Min is transferred to the same police substation where she worked before and she begins to work there as the chief. She enjoys solving things and begins to observe Jeon Young Ha closely.

While on patrol duty, EU sergeant Ling San Fung and her team are called to assist a criminal chase. A gun battle erupts and San Fung loses her father, who dies from a stray bullet to the head. San Fung continues the pursuit, but a strange natural phenomena suddenly turn her away, taking her back to April 1st—three days prior to the incident. Realising that she has developed the power to time-travel, she uses her new ability to save her father's life. Unfortunately, her disruption to the timeline causes a chain reaction, with unsettling consequences. Village chief "Ditch", an informant for the ICAC, discovers San Fung's special ability and uses it to investigate corrupted cops, but harbours a secret that bears his true identity. Harashima Shuichiro (Sanada Hiroyuki) is a wealthy but lonely businessman who succeeded his father's company after his death. From this moment onwards, Konosuke invites Harashima into his world - a world without money, but brimming with compassion and friendship, alien concepts to Harashima's cold heart. Although Harashima at first resists Konosuke's attempts to become friends, he eventually gravitates towards Konosuke and his friends' warmth, even finding love in the innocent Kaori (Matsushima Nanako). However, they have no idea that Harashima is the same man who is planning to demolish their homes in order to build a business center.
