Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

The cast members take various trips throughout South Korea, including many offshore islands, recommending various places that viewers can visit. While doing so, members also perform missions at a certain mealtime or point of the day to earn rewards (eg. foods that are famous in the region they visit) and to avoid punishments

11 young men from different countries with different cultures are just like 11 independent islands. During this rare holiday, they will play small games with mutual understanding and cooperation. Through personal operations, family operations, and collective operations, they will win puzzle pieces as a reward, with which they can connect 11 islands. During this journey, they’ll turn from “individuals” into “a complete team”.

Referred to as "Friendships," three guys tackles a big mission, take a photo of the lifetime in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. They have to break away from the "assa(outsiders)" status and become the real "inssa(insiders)." For them, the trip will be a chance to relax from busy works, as well as to cement their friendship.
