Every week there will be a featured market from South Korea and within it, there are 3 types of food selected as its representatives. The cast and guest(s), as contestants, have to play games and win to be able to enjoy the food. There will be a dressing theme concept for the cast and guest(s) to follow for the filming of each episode. For episodes, 1–4, the program format is only 3 rounds of song dictation. From episode 5, the program format changed to 2 rounds of song dictation, with a Snack Time in between the dictation segments.

Celebrities’ moms observe their sons and record precious moments in “Mom’s Diary.”

The cast members take various trips throughout South Korea, including many offshore islands, recommending various places that viewers can visit. While doing so, members also perform missions at a certain mealtime or point of the day to earn rewards (eg. foods that are famous in the region they visit) and to avoid punishments

The program mainly focuses on "Social Dining", which is what was lacking a lot following an increase in small families and single families. Kang Ho Dong, the main protagonist of the show, has only been eating together with friends he knew for many years throughout his entertainment career and thought he has been tired of it. He rarely had meals together with other casts of his other programs. He attempts to reunite with his old friends and get to know new friends through his own cooking.

The casts and guests invited for this program mostly have experience in cooking or living alone and they will each whip up a dish based on their own recipe(s) that they want to share.

Starting from episode 4, there is a semi-fixed segment in the program titled "Kkura Show", which besides allowing Sakura Miyawaki to strengthen her Korean, she can get to learn hosting, variety skills and interviewing skills under the guidance of Kang Ho Dong.
