The Chinese show 密室大逃脱 (Great Escape), features many celebrities who are brought to a place where they have to escape. There is a new story plot for every two episodes that involves a lot of thinking and courage to pass. This show features Yang Mi, an actress and singer, Allen Deng, an actor, Wei Da Xun an actor, Justin, a singer, Evonne Xie, an actress, and Zhang Guo Wei, a high jump Olympic athlete.

The program is a puzzle-type real-life decryption reality show. In each issue of the program, a number of guests work hard to escape and solve the mystery in the most realistic state, and escape the secret room of different themed stories. The escape process is totally unknown and unlimited. It tests the intelligence, insight, and collaboration ability of the guests. Each period will bring an immersive story room experience through different role-playing.
