Dino-kun (a green dinosaur puppet) wakes up and turns on Zyuranger on his TV in his cave. He wishes that the team would appear, but due to an accident the five Zyuranger become summoned into his cave. The Rangers discuss the Guardian Beasts, including the five they possess, Dragon Caesar and King Brachion, as well as short music videos to "Daizyujin no Uta" and "Dragon Caesar no Uta". Dino-Kun decides he wants to test out the power of the various Guardian Beasts, doing so with the main attacks of Dragon Caesar and Zyutei Daizyujin; he ultimately tries to do so with Ultimate Daizyunjin, but ends up shorting out his tracker due to the potential of the "God" being infinite. The Zyuranger are soon summoned to return to their battle with Bandora, using their Dino Bucklers to transform and leave Dino-Kun.

Yagyu Sekishusai is a consumate swordsman teaching the Yagyu Shinkage style of fencing from his family dojo. His ambition has always been to achieve fame for the Yagyu clan. His son Munenori hangs around with the local ninja children and frequently avoids practice to do so. As a result, the father considers the son to be weak and is harsh and disparaging both in training and personal life. After Munenori's older brother is injured during the Battle of Sekigahara, Sekishusai decides to name his grandson Hyogonosuke as his successor as head of the Yagyu Shinkage school, considering Munenori to be unworthy of the position. Munenori witnesses his 'mutodori' technique of unarmed combat against a weapon-bearing opponent & then sets out to develop his own style based not on the desire to kill but to defend one's self. He becomes a master in his own right while forming a strong alliance with the Tokugawa who ascend to take power in the land. Munenori becomes a highly-placed key vassal for the Tokugawa, initially as sword instructor & then as Minister of Justice. He also helps to institute the draconian policies of suppression designed to quell any opposition to Tokugawa rule thereby bringing peace to the nation. This viewpoint is not appreciated by his son Yagyu Jubei Mitsuyoshi who is opposed to what he sees as underhanded tactics, regardless of their eventual results 'for the greater good'. Father and son must put aside their differences in order to confront a plot that could de-stabilise the country.

Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger vs. Hurricaneger is the teamup movie between Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger and Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger. Senpuujin and Gouraijin attack the city. They are met by the AbaRangers and their Dinos as Abaren'Oh and MaxOhja. The AbaRangers win, and the pilots of the other mecha reveal themselves to be Windenu and Furabijou of the Space Ninja Group Jakanja. Yousuke, HurricaneRed, arrives and attacks the Jakanja, but the reveal that they have the Evolian Dino seal. They smash it, releasing Evil Ninja Iga. Kouta and Ikkou arrive to help Yousuke. The Jakanja retreat. At the curry house, the Rangers argue until Oboro and Hinata arrive. The Rangers go looking for Iga and are attacked by three of his clones. Nanami and Isshu return to fight as the others are attacked by Iga as well. Yousuke and Ryoga defeat Iga's clone, as do the others. The real Iga is joined by Mikoto and the Evolian. In the movie, Kairi, Touma, and Umika are abducted by Minato Hoshi from a parallel universe. The international police who just happened to be at the scene encountered an interference in the investigation when Lucky arrived. The only thing left behind at the scene of the crime was Minato’s guitar. Lucky was then arrested and tried to convince the Patrangers to no avail that he’s a savior, a member of the Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger, and that the Earth is in danger. While Keiichiro, Sakuya, Tsukasa, and Noel were reaching a trade agreement to save the Lupinrangers, a triple status Gangler named Rirus Lippig appeared. While the thieves were saved, Minato’s guitar was taken instead by Rirus.

Behind the scenes of it all is the Space Shogunate Jark Matter’s Don Armage, who sought to take hold of Jark Matter’s Hidden Treasure, concealed within the guitar. To do so, he joined forces with Rirus.

Takayuki Yamada first contacts director Nobuhiro Yamashita and asks him to film him in Akabane. He then makes an appointment to meet manga writer Toru Seino (writer and main character in "Uhyo! Tokyo-to Kita-ku Akabane”) in Akabane. Takayuki Yamada goes on to meet other people from the manga and also interacts with his acting friends Gou Ayano, Kyosuke Yabe, director Hitoshi One, musician Kazuya Yoshii and others.
