Fukazawa Kaoru is a manga artist who had just finished an 8 year run for his manga Sayonara Summer. He has no ideas for his next manga, he thinks his editor is giving up on him, and his relationship with his wife Machida Nozomi has hit several bumps. In his depression Kaoru visits a brothel and meets prostitute Chifuyu. He instantly becomes attracted to Chifuyu for her cat-like eyes. After spending time together and building a relationship they decide to head to Chifuyu’s hometown together.

In the year 2012, three delinquents including Atsuya discover that their hideout, a run-of-the-mill general store, was owned by an elderly man who gave free advice to worried people through letters. Something weird happens during late hours of the night and Atsuya realizes that a letter will be thrown into the mailbox at midnight. It is a letter asking for advice addressed to the Namiya General Store written by a person 32 years ago. Incredibly, the mailbox was connected to the past, in the year 1980. While confused, Atsuya writes a reply in place of the shopkeeper. The group keeps replying as another letter is sent, then another.

Inogashira Goro continues eating his way across Japan on his lunch breaks. His tour of Japan's restaurants starts this time in Osaka.

Nishiki Sanada (Aoi Nakamura) and Jiro Yamada (Tokio Emoto) work together as manga artists. Their target audience is teen female readers, but what they really want to draw about is gourmet manga. Their bookshelves are filled with cooking books. When they are under pressure to meet a deadline, they go to their bookshelves and find a book containing their favorite recipes. Forgetting their deadline, they begin to cook.

Sugisaki Momoko used to be a nursery school teacher. Her difficulty smiling leads to communication problems with parents and her contract is terminated in one year. Momoko is picked up by ‘Little Snow’, a home care service for sick children, and makes a fresh start there as a caregiver. When a child has a fever, the caregiver would visit the home and care for the child in place of the parents who simply cannot take time off from work. Momoko encounters all sorts of families at the places she is sent to. With the support of her colleagues and the occasional help of her best friend, Yumika, she starts to face work, romance, family and friendship.

Kaori (Riko Narumi) is a intense kendo fighter who has been training since she was young. Sanae (Kie Kitano) is a girl who has only participated in kendo casually, but somehow manages to beat Kaori in the final tournament of junior high school. Kitamura Kazuki and Hamada Gaku will be co-leads in the upcoming BS Sky Perfect! drama series "Hamon" which will be shown from 9 January at 9pm on Fridays. The drama which is based on the 51st Naoki Award winning novel by Kurokawa Hiroyuki, features Kitamura as a smart and well-built gangster who works together with a consultant at a construction company (Hamada) to expose the evil deeds of bad people in Osaka. As the story will not be a replica of the novel, Kurokawa expressed great anticipation in that the drama will be very interesting since it is produced by Sky Perfect and will have a larger degree of freedom.

The protagonist is a girl named ‘Konno Mizuki’ (Sakuraba), a typical senior high school girl who is good at studying, knows much about fashion and is good at reading the situation. Only five girls survive the accident. They are injured, lost in the mountains and no one is coming for their rescue anytime soon. Pushed to their limits, the girls are forced to switch into survival mode and to lay bare their innermost feelings.

The five-member band Shark wants to change the world with their music and dreams of making their major debut. They struggle but continue to progress forward on what is certainly not an easy path. Because of their fellow members and their desire to succeed, they refuse to give up and begin to grow in popularity in the indie scene with their charismatic presence. "Blazing Famiglia" centers around a family of former teenage gangsters.Tetsu Hino (Yoshimi Tokui) was once the leader of the most feared motorcycle gang in the Kanto area. Now, Tetsu Hino is middle-aged man who is looked down upon by his rebellious son Shuhei (Kento Hayashi). One day, Tetsu and his old biker gang gather together again after the daughter of a member is assaulted. Tetsu, worried about his day to day life, nevertheless regains the passion from his biker days. Tetsu then finds out that Ken Igarashi (Jun Murakami) is the man behind the attack. Ken Igarashi has had a grudge against Tetsu for a long time.

Two prisoners managed to escape after the police truck carrying them crashed. One of them ,is a gangster. The other called "Otowa YonKo" - our protagonist - is a con artist whose cheats money from criminals or terrorists. Accidentally, "Otowa Yonko" then becomes the new teacher for the nearby high school, under the new name "Hachisuka Goro", and according to a deal of "Hammer Session" with the headmaster.
