A renowned hospital is recruiting experts from all over the world to assist with the establishment of a world-class research and treatment center. Han Xilin, who has been studying Chinese medicine in the United States for many years, and Ding Yuanzhi, who is well-versed in academia and has returned from Germany, emerge as top candidates. Along with Pan Xiaoai and Li Qiao, two of the best young resident doctors, the two of them began an exciting competition and co-operation.

While investigating an ancient panting that has been stolen, Luo Jian who heads the criminal investigation team crosses paths with genius university student Zhuang Wenjie who is from a family of thieves. The unlikely pair work together to crack the case.

Xiang Zhen, Qian Bei Bei, Jin Xiao Ni, Ding Lan, Yu Hui, five different girls meet at the university slowly learn life's complications such as not being able to find a job and not being able to find love. When Xiang Zhen's boyfriend disappeared, Qian Bei Bei's boyfriend locked her up, Jin Xiao Ni's boyfriend turned out to be a player, Ding Lan's parents couldn't approve her boyfriend, and Yu Hui who lost all her money after her company failed, all of them was suffering from many complications from both work and love.

An anti-fraud unit comprised of police vice captain Kuang Zhong, Ma Sai and Zhu Xi is established for the purpose of taking down a major crime syndicate.

A telecom fraud case is connected to a large sum of money. Kuang Zhong (Guo Xiaodong) receives urgent orders to work with Zhu Xining (Wang Qian), Ma Sai (Xu Yue) and other colleagues to form the 10th squad.

Each exhibiting their own strengths, they work tirelessly to ensure the financial security of the public. However, the investigation is difficult and there are many hurdles to overcome. They are misunderstood and even rebuked for the work that they do. Under the leadership of Kuang Zhong, the team learns to help each other to crack the case.

Detective Ji Bai has to train a new recruit, the criminal profiler Xu Xu. Although she is great at determining one's thoughts, she doesn't know how to interact well with people. But that's not the reason why Ji Bai intend to fire her. She's very talented in the art of profiling, yet lacks in physical ability, running as slowly as a snail. Still, impressed by each other abilities, the teacher-student pair slowly fall in love in the midst of their investigations.
