It is a melodrama about two married couples that choose to put their ethics and morals aside as they make a bold choice in order to save their children.
Seo Ji Young (Han Chae Young) is an anchorwoman and talk show host who is very devoted to her children. Kim Jae Wook (Bae Soo Bin), heir to a large architecture company, who is willing to sacrifice everything and stand up against his family in order to protect his children.

Gong Woo Jin (Yang Se Jong) is a 30-year-old single man who works as a set designer. Due to a trauma he experienced 13 years ago, he does not want to have a relationship with others. Meanwhile, When Woo Seo Ri (Shin Hye Sun) was 17, she fell into a coma. Thirteen years later, she wakes up from her coma. Her mental age is still that of a 17-year-old, but she is now 30-years-old. Gong Woo Jin and Woo Seo Ri then get involved with each other and fall in love.

10 years after "Marrying the Mafia 1". The three J's established an architecture company and have become well-known business. They hold pens instead of fists in their hands but things still happen around them and now even bother their children.
