Haunted Tales contains 3 short stories which are Haunted Car(Pae Arak), The Book of truth(Mark Prin), and The Book of truth(Prang Kannarun).

Son is a young detective that was born with a gift to see spirits. He often uses his gift to solve case. One day, Son uses his gift in the middle of the market and is sent to see a psychiatrist. The moment he meets Rung, they immediately dislike one another. Son is able to pass all mental evaluations, but because of her own prejudice, Rung reports that he is not ready for a mental evaluation.

One woman is having hard time, decide to carry a baby for her friend but the child is belong to her ex-boyfriend.

A girl is found murdered and buried in a very strange way. This alerts Maha Krating, a young astrologist who specializes in auspicious timing and fortune telling. He realizes that the ancient rite is performed in order to change the city’s fate to benefit someone wanting to take over. Whoever does this have to sacrifice four women represent Earth, Water, Air and Fire elements who must also have exact same birth date, month and year. Maha Krating uses all his knowledge to prevent the next murder from happening but he is always one step behind the killer until there is only one woman left. He can’t make the same mistake again because this means the life of Run, the woman he loves.

In 1953, while the Great East Asian War was happening, there was a dreadful murder case in Bangkok. On the victim's body there were mysterious tattoos on the wrist, forehead and ankle. This incident gave birth to a series of serial killings. The investigation of the case is entrusted to the inspector of the investigation department, Waytarng Phiromruj. More murders happen and the tattoos on the bodies look different each time. The police are trying to establish a connection between the murders, but mysterious circumstances hamper the investigation.

A story of Daonin, a poor country girl who was tricked to work as a prostitute in Bangkok. Just as Daonin's life could not get any worse, she was picked up by a talent spotter who groomed her into a highly sought after superstar. Seduced by her new-found fame and fortune, Daonin refuses to acknowledge her poor family and past livelihood for fear of losing her status. Lies started to pile up, leading her into a corner where she has no choice but to face the consequences of her actions.

In the midst of war, four young men fall in love.

In 1765, as the invading Angwa (Burmese) army marched towards the capitol of Ayutthaya Kingdom (Siam), they encountered little resistance from the Ayutthaya army, who retreated to defend from behind the capitol's walls.

Three childhood friends, in the Ayutthaya army, are constantly at odds. Thap wants to fight bravely, as Sang and Khap follow orders and retreat. Unhappy with the army, Thap defects and joins a group of patriotic rebels who eventually all gather at the village of Bang Rajan to defend against the Angwa.

Thap is patient, brave and righteous. Sang is hotheaded, stubborn, and overbearing. He is also ambitious and knows how to talk his way to a promotion. Khap is gentle, follows Sang's lead, but is also smart and wise to Sang's bravado. Sang is competitive and wants to win over Thap, but their personalities are not the only thing driving the rift. Sang loves Juang, Thap's sister, while Khap is madly in love with Feung, Thap's fiancee.

Thap does not want his, or Feung's family, to retreat to the capitol, although he has to be in hiding as a deserter. Sang takes this opportunity to be the protector of Juang and Feung. He convinces Khap that they must kidnap the girls and take them to the capitol for safety, while Thap is in pursuit to retrieve them. Also for the girls' protection, Sang and Khap declare that Juang and Feung are their wives. Along the way, they meet the mysterious Jai, who has fallen for the brave and patriotic Sapai.

The village of Bang Rajan, according to Thai tradition, is where a group of brave villagers, gathered from various regions, put up a brave fight and fought eight battles against the well organised invaders and became legendary heroes. The battle for Bang Rajan is a symbol of determination and heroism against overwhelming odds.

MC Cha­trichalerm Yukol adapts one of the most fa­mous sto­ries of the Ayut­thaya King­dom, about a du­ti­ful sailor (Pongsakorn “Toey” Met­tarikanon) who ac­ci­dently steers the king’s barge into a tree and breaks the bow.

Ka Badin, which takes place in the era of King Nang Klao, the third reign (after King Rama II). The story sets around the period when England (known as Wilat at the time) enters into a commercial partnership role with Thailand, and this historical fact plays as a backbone to the plot of this drama.

Because Haym is a good looking, well-mannered and bright boy, he is known as “Phor Haym Roop Thong” meaning “Phor Haym the Golden”. He has a knack for English and sneaks around to further his skills with an English teacher, however once his father finds out (he who doesn't trust foreigners) decides to send his son to study at the monastery. He then masters the science of ailing elephants and becomes quite the vet and elephant keeper. Therein he meets Lamduan who is the leading actress of a dance play in Amphawa. He had already met her when they were younger, and this propels them to fall in love. However due to their status differences, as well as interference from another man who wants Lamduan for himself, Haym pursues the military forces so that he can improve his status. With his brilliance and capability, Haym climbs the military rung (so to speak) and also becomes the national pride and bravery of Badin.

Part V: Unable to mangle into Ayuthaya, a Hongsawadee army, led by King Nanda Bayin and Prince Upparaja, is camping opposite a river.
