Saito Hitomi works on her first anime as a director. She struggles along with her colleagues to make the animation film, while dealing with various difficulties. Meanwhile, Ouji Chiharu is an animation director and has made hit movies in his past. He teams up with Producer Arishina Kayako to make his first animation film in 8 years. Saito Hitomi and Ouji Chiharu now direct films that are set for release on the same date. Who will get the title of haken?

"Nobu" is a bar located on a not so busy street in Kyoto. The front entrance of the bar is connected to the alternate world of "Aiteria,” which is like medieval Europe. People from Aiteria visit the bar Nobu.
Nobuyuki Yazawa was once a chef at a high-end restaurant, but he is now the owner of Nobu. Shinobu Senke works as a waitress for the bar. She is bright, smart and pretty. The bar's cold beer "Toriaezu Nama" becomes popular and the bar thrives. Customers from Aiteria with various backgrounds like soldiers, merchants, and noblemen have a good time at Nobu.
In the Susukino red light district of Sapporo, a private detective (Yo Oizumi) drinks alcohol with his driver Takada (Ryuhei Matsuda) in his favorite bar. There he receives a phone call from a woman who identifies herself as Kyoko Kondo. The woman asks the detective to complete a simple task. The detective, having an excellant sense for danger, thinks the work is easy and accepts the case. The next day he begins the investigation.
Not longer after he starts, the private detective is kidnapped and buried under snow. He barely manages to get away thanks to the arrival of his driver Takada. The detective is now angry and vows revenge. He then receives another phone call from Kyoko Kondo. The private detective and Takada investigate further and they soon comes across a mysterious woman named Saori (Koyuki), a mob boss named Toshio Kirishima (Toshiyuki Nishida) and four murder cases ...
