He struggled with people and nature, and finally discovered the mysterious "Well No. 7“ in the Sister Sea, and found the truth about the disappearance of his brother. He then realizes bravery and kindness are the greatest treasures of mankind.

31-year old Lin Yang is accomplished at work but does not have her own else and even her apartment was rented.

In her boring life, suddenly appears 24-year old Lu Zheng An. Lu Zheng An was her neighbour who grew up with her, and has returned from studying overseas. He tries hard to enter her life, and eventually succeeds in moving into her house and intruding into her work. Lin Xiang constantly reminds herself that Lu Zheng An is a younger brother, but ultimately could not withstand Zheng An's charms. Her boring life and sleeping heart was awakened with the appearance of Zheng An, and she finds herself falling for him.

The story is set in Republican Shanghai. Four young people with completely different experiences in life come together to break into the underground world of “Qianmen Jianghu” and solve mysterious cases. Su Zi Quan (Ning Huan Yu) is quick-witted and calls himself the “number one master sleuth on earth”. Despite his excellent memory, he can’t recall his early childhood. His biggest weakness, however, is that he’s allergic to women. Whenever he comes into physical contact with a woman, he has to sneeze. Tang Dai Yun (Shirley Jin) is a pure and kind-hearted, but also willful rich young lady. While looking for her lost older brother, she meets Zi Quan. Joining these two is the cold butler of the Tang household Chen Yi Ming (Li Dai Kun) who has great fighting skills and is only gentle to Dai Yun, and Zi Quan’s childhood friend Lu Zi Xiao (Zhu Ya), the only woman he’s not allergic to.

Right on elite businessman Gu Qing Pei’s first day of work at his new workplace, the chairman throws his vigorous and arrogant son Yuan Yang at him. Yuan Yang sees through Qing Pei’s hypocrite mask, but due to his father pressuring him, he can’t hit him. Therefore, Yuan Yang learns for the first time that there are things that can’t be taken care of by money or fists. He continuously tries to get Qing Pei into trouble, but Qing Pei sees it lightly and calmy resolves every issue. However, things are about to change when Yuan Yang asks his friends to do a background check on Qing Pei and finally finds his achilles heel.
