"The Boss is Watching" is a SBS's special show to celebrate the Lunar New Year. In the program participated 120 idols from 20 different K-Pop groups and each group competed with the rest to be the best. The bosses of each group helped them to show the best on each competition. Han Tae Sang (Song Seung Heon) is a successful but cold-blooded businessman who is unstoppable once he sets his mind on doing or getting something.
