Rina Takeda and Haruna [sic] Tobimatsu co-star as sisters Ayaka and Natsuki Kurenai, the youngest descendants of a legendary Okinawan karate master named Shoujirou Kurenai. As children, they live a happy life with their father (Tatsuya Naka) who encourages them both to practice karate. However, one day a mysterious group breaks into their dojo – killing their father, kidnapping Natsuki, and stealing the black belt which has been passed down in their family for over 200 years. Natsuki, on the other hand, has been trained as a killing machine by the mysterious group that kidnapped her all those years ago. Soon, Natsuki and the group begin to take aim at Ayaka. Out of love for her sister and with the teachings of her father still in her heart, Ayaka decides to do whatever it takes to get Natsuki and their family’s black belt back from the clutches of the mysterious group.

Danger Dolls follows a quartet of cute idol singers who moonlight as butt-kicking action heroines. When extraterrestrial invaders threaten the safety of the Earth after an earthquake unleashes them from an alternate dimension, the Danger Dolls become humanity's only hope for survival. The team infiltrates the evil cult behind the invasion and must use their swords and their fists to smash the invading army. Starring popular karate heroine Rina Takeda (High Kick Girl, Dead Sushi) and new discovery Nana Seino (star of Sion Sono's upcoming Tokyo Tribe), the film also features Rumi Hanai, Kayano and Noboru Kaneko (Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S.).

A lolita fashion-clad girl named Yumeko Ayukawa merges with her pink teddy bear Buusuke to become “Nuigulumar” in order to do battle with a villain named Takeshi who’s using zombies in his plot to take over the world.

Based on a novel by Kenji Ohtsuki titled “Hosei Ningen Nuiguruma”.

“IS” stands for “intersexual,” a term referring to people who cannot clearly be classified as male or female, and who may biologically possess characteristics of both sexes. Rokuhana's manga primarily deals with the troubles faced by the young Hoshino Haru (played by Fukuda), an intersexual who was registered as a girl at birth but has been raised as a boy.

Goriki plays Aihara Miwako, a mysterious classmate who tries to get close to Haru. Inoue Masahiro has been cast as Ibuki Kenji, a member of the soccer club whom Haru begins having feelings for. Nishida Naomi and Minami Kaho play Miwako's and Haru's mothers, respectively.
