    Na Ae Ra is the prettiest girl in her town. Many guys around her try to win her heart but she dreams of marrying a civil servant. One day she meets Cha Jung Woo who is dorky and preparing for civil service exams. They fall for each other and eventually marries.

    Her dreams of living happily ever after are short-lived when her husband announces that he quit his job and wants to do business. She supports him through years by working to her bone when he was coding software in a basement and failing to find buyers. When she no longer can take it anymore, She divorces him.

    After a few years, she is still working hard juggling multiple jobs to repay the debt she got while supporting her husband. When she finds out that her husband's business was a success and he became rich, she feels that life is unfair. Wanting to make things even, she joins his company as an intern and tries to get back at him.

    Thus a cat and dog quarrel begins between ex-husband and wife who are hurt by each other and who can't get over each other.

By the 1970's he became the most powerful man in the underground economy. Yoo In-Hye's family is now one of the richest families.

    Lee Jung-Yeon (Lee Min-Jung) dated Do-Hyun for 6 years and they will get married soon. Whenever she thinks about Do-Hyun, she can't stop smiling. During her middle and high school years Jung-Yeon was a quiet student with ordinary scores, but Do-Hyun appeared in front of her and they began a relationship. She is certain that Do-Hyun loves her. Jung-Yeon also has one thing that Do-Hyun does not have. That is a family.
