Tachibana Haruka is a rookie nurse with a bright personality. Mihara Natsumi is 34-year-old veteran nurse. She is struggling at work and with her love life. While Tachibana Haruka and Mihara Natsumi work as nurses at a place that deals with life and death, they laugh and cry. The two women grow as persons in the process.

The new season begins with a special case that leads the duo to the Consulate-General of Japan in Hong Kong. It’s the first time for ‘Aibou’ to expand its setting to a foreign location since they went to London in the second season. Mizutani commented that it perfectly suits inspector Sugishita Ukyo, since Hong Kong used to be a British colony and Ukyo is interested in everything British. His new partner is called ‘Kai Toru’. He’s played by Narimiya Hiroki and is going to breath new life into the series. A detective, who has been put on suspension due to a particular incident, unfortunately meets a woman... This woman happens to be able to “see” things, or in other words, has a special ability called a “vision.” She is shaken by her ability that she had suddenly gained one day, as she sees the images of murders... How did she develop this ability called “vision”!? What exactly is hidden in her past!? Strange incidents begin to happen around the two, and as they decide to team up in solving these cases.
