Oh Woori is the assistant writer of a popular drama series. She has vowed to remain a virgin until she marries, and has shied away from romantic relationships in a bid to remain chaste until she marries. She is dating the devoted police officer Lee Kang Jae, but when she attends a routine medical exam, a terrible mix-up takes place and she is accidentally artificially inseminated. She later discovers her pregnancy, and demands the hospital gets to the bottom of the case.

Eventually she discovers that the donor whose child she is now pregnant with is none other than the CEO of a notable cosmetics firm named Diamond Cosmetics. This CEO, named Raphael, is going through a messy divorce with his wife Lee Ma Ri, a beautiful woman who does not want to split for her husband, chiefly for financial reasons. But when Raphael learns he is to be a father, things get very complicated – particularly after her realizes that there is a secret past connection that links him to Oh Woori!

This show revolves around an insurance planner who is framed for a crime that she did not commit and tries to find justice after serving out her sentence in prison. There is a message of hope in the story in that while pain is inflicted on her by people around her, she eventually finds comfort and assistance from new people she encounters later.

Jung-Joo (Ko So-Young) is 30-years-old, works in the fashion industry (but only as a low-level assistant) and just can’t seem to get things right in her life.

One day she runs into high school friend Tae-Hoon (Lee Beom-Soo). Back in her high school days, Tae-Hoon had a huge crush on her, but Jung-Joo ignored him because she thought he was boring. Instead, Jung-Joo fell in love with Jo Hani, a rebellious student who eventually dumped Jung-Joo. Now, Tae-Hoon is the CEO of a successful technology company.

As Jung-Joo lays in her bed and thinks back upon all the dumb things she did as a teen, a magical computer program appears on her laptop. The program allows Jung-Joo to travel back in time and Jung-Joo decides to revisit her high school days.

Mrs. Park used to be an elementary school teacher who has fallen ill. One of her old students is caring for her at her seaside house and thinks that if Mrs. Park can see her old students again she’ll be able to die happy. Mrs. Park has no family left, except for her deformed child who doesn’t live with her anymore. As her students arrive one by one, we find out through flashbacks that Mrs. Park isn’t as sweet as she seemed. As a teacher she had a cruel streak that has affected the lives of those she taught forever. She also used to lock her deformed child (who wore a bunny mask to hide his face) in the basement while the other children made fun of him. As the mood of the reunion turns confrontational, it seems that all of Mrs. Park’s old students have murderous intentions towards her. Soon, people start dying gruesome deaths at the hands of a bunny-masked killer. Is Mrs. Park’s son back for revenge on her and the students that taunted him? Is one of Mrs. Park’s students to blame? Bo Young began her career as a teacher in a small village. Alone in a remote place, Bo Young was approached by Jung Gil who introduced himself as a single bachelor. Their relationship became serious over time to the point where they promised to marry each other.

However, Jung Gil turned out to be a married man and his wife, Yong Shim, and mother-in-law, who learned about his affair, assaulted Bo Young in front of him. Betrayed by Jung Gil who helplessly let Yong Shim and his mother-in-law humiliate her, Bo Young decided to get back at them. Tae-Yang  is a doctor who with a warm-heart and confidence. He assumes that his parents are not his real parents. His late uncle is actually his real father, but he pretends he doesn't know.

Meanwhile TV station PD Yoo-Ri meets Tae-Yang for a story. She is attracted to Tae-Yang and they fall in love.

Ji-An leaves the party and rushes to the fashion show, but on her way there she runs into a motorcycle driven by Tae-Gang. They have an argument over who caused the accident, but, finally, Ji-An offers to pay for the minor damages on his motorcycle if he gives her a lift to the fashion show. Tae-Gang accepts and Ji-An makes it to the show and fixes the problem. Afterwards, Tae-Gang takes Ji-An to the hotel where her father is having his birthday celebration. When they arrive, Ji-An discovers that her parents have already left. Tae-Gang then takes her to the Seoul Station to catch her parents before they leave. Ji-An is able catch up to her parents right before they board the train. Her father complains about Ji-An leaving early and they have an argument. After her parents leave Ji-An cries on a bench. Tae-Gang follows her to get money for his motorcycle repair. They then begin to talk and discover that they have some things in common, like not being the greatest kids to their parents. They then go to a restaurant which Tae-Gang's friend runs. When they are about to leave, Tae-Gang tries to put her into a taxi, but she is so drunk he can't. The next morning they find themselves laying on a bed together. They are both freaked out. Prior to leaving, they both pretend nothing happened. Ji-An sees a doctor. The doctor warns her that she is going to experience menopause soon. Back at work, Ji-An has trouble selling shoes because of fake products. To catch the counterfeit shoemakers, she walks around a shopping area at night. There, she runs into a guy with a bag of counterfeit shoes. She's surprised to see that the guy is Tae-Gang.

This drama deals with the love and ambition of 3 people in pain caught in a strangely tangled thread of fate. It is the story of Han Ji Won, who fell victim to a scheme, believed the man she loved to be dead and married another man; Yoon Hyung Mo, a man filled with ambition, who tries to kill Suh Jung Ha; and Suh Jung Ha, who once dreamed of love together with Han Ji Won.
