The five talkative and stubborn brothers gathered together to rank things in order. To most, it may be trivial and not worthwhile, but to these brothers, they get heated up and talk about which is better. These curious, yet picky brothers will have tricky and weird debates on different topics.

Chong Nam begins her first year at a university in Seoul. She came from South Chungcheong Province to attend the university. She loves eating desserts. Yeon Nam is a first year student at the same university. They also study the same major. Chong Nam and Yeon Nam become friends and develop romantically.

A new life experience meeting new people in a new place, and exploring the cultural heritage and natural environment unseen elsewhere, the members search for real beauty and happiness on foreign soil. The members travel to foreign countries to experience "real happiness" with locals. Unlike typical vacations, they live like locals and experience what a day in their life is like. Members must provide for themselves as no support from staff is given. The members experience the essence of culture, food, music, nature, and lifestyle while surviving on their own in the foreign country. This program is a differentiated real variety program providing affection and enlightenment to viewers.

Dr. Jin Hyuk, a renowned modern-day neurosurgeon, is transported back 150 years to the Chosun Dynasty and forced to practice medicine during a much more primitive era. Jin Hyuk is a genius neurosurgeon with a cold and severe attitude in his interactions with other people due to his personal pursuit of perfection. Through a mysterious power, Jin Hyuk finds himself transported back in time 150 years. He begins treating people there, but the lack of necessary implements and rudimentary medical knowledge of the period forces him to seek new ways to aid the sick. Through this challenging process, Jin Hyuk eventually becomes a genuine doctor.
