Kakeda Satoshi is a student of an engineering college’s department of science and engineering. He has been fascinated by since since his childhood and is an oddball who gets engrossed only in what he is interested in. Kakeda has shown no interest in love even after he got into college. Because he seeks a scientific understanding for everything, he is not one for romances which he cannot theorise. Kakeda is in love with Iijima-san, an older girl in the school cafeteria. Saki Hoshino is 25-years-old and a member of the Cheat team. The Cheat team is a group of swindlers who target other swindlers that stole from people. The Cheat team was created by Detective Kazuki Anzai and consists of Police Officer Yuto Kamo, ex-private detective Shun Negishi, genius hacker Mizuki Maruyama and Saki Hoshino.

Meanwhile, Saki Hoshino has a secret. She is also a member of an unpopular idol group. The idol group consists of herself, Mai and Yuna. The manager of her idol group is Shinji Nakagome. Saki Hoshino uses the stage name of Momo Kisaragi when she performs with the group.

Aoi Nishimori and Shusei Kugayama are in love and they begin to live together secretly. Suddenly, Shusei's cousin Reon Kugayama comes to them. Their secret is discovered by Reon. Now, Aoi, Shusei and Reon begin to live together.

Rosuke Narumi (Sho Sakurai) works at a trading company and he is pretty good at his job. He dates Satoko Matsubara (Mikako Tabe). The trading company has a business relationship with a private high school experiencing some difficulties. One day, Rosuke Narumi is appointed as the principle of the private high school. Rosuke Narumi soon discovers how different the work environment is from his previous job.

So the school can run in the black, Rosuke Narumi implements cost cutting measures. School staff members including Chihiro Mashiba (Yu Aoi) oppose his plan.
