An assassin for a secret organization keeping Japan safe from underworld threats finds himself targeted by evil forces aiming to unleash an unstoppable criminal syndicate upon Japan.

The 95th NHK Asadora is about Sumire, a girl born in the uptown of Kobe in the early Showa period. In the wake of wartime devastation, she works hard toward making children's clothes for a living, and later establishes a first-ever children's goods store in Japan. -- NHK

The movie is set in an aftermath of the sudden dispersal of a legendary town called "Mugen," and recounts the story of the five organizations, who aims to take control in the said area. These five organizations are known as Sanno Association, White Rascals, Rude Boys, Oya High School and Daruma Hooligans.

The five gangs will put their pride on the line as all of them take part in a fierce battle for dominance. However, the plot takes a surprising twist when a mysterious group called "Mighty Warriors" suddenly appears.

Mei Tachibana is a high school student. Due to a traumatic incident when she was a kid, Mei has been unable to make friends or have boyfriends. By mistake, Mei then injures the most popular male student named Yamato Kurosawa. Somehow, Yamato Kurosawa likes Mei Tachibana and tells everyone unilaterally that Mei is his friend. One day, Yamato Kurosawa saves Mei Tachibana from a stalker by kissing her. From that kiss, their love story begins.
