A relatable romance drama about a couple in their 30s preparing for marriage. While they were expecting a happy ending like something out of a fairy tale, the reality of their preparations proves to be somewhat different. From the meeting between the families to marriage preparations and finding a house, the soon-to-be married couple will deal with very realistic topics.

This film tells about the twists and turns of the lives of four lovers who must each overcome different fears and problems as they face the beginning of a new year. The four pairs consist of Ji Ho and Hyo Young, Jae Heon and Jin Ah, Yong Chan and Yao Lin, and Rae Hwan and Oh Wol.

SF8 is a science fiction anthology series of single-episode special dramas created by MBC, the Directors Guild of Korea, and the OTT platform Wavve. Set in a near future, the series tackles the themes of artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, robots, games, fantasy, horror, superpowers, and disasters.

SF8 was screened at the 24th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival.

All the episodes were released on Wavve on July 10, 2020 while MBC TV is scheduled to air one episodes a week starting from August 14, 2020.

Yoon So So relocates to France with her college boyfriend--despite her parents’ disapproval. A few years later, her boyfriend heartlessly returns to Korea without So So. Then to remain in France earning her Ph.D., she works as a tour guide. She leads the “Luxurious Premium Tour Packages: 1 Week in France”. So So always does her best so that travelers can create great memories together. This show covers one of those tours. This series' particular group was fractious and troublesome despite its small size. The seven tourists included a man who came without his girlfriend, a dating couple that has been together for 7 years, an older couple with a demanding & complaining husband, and a man traveling with a younger woman. The group members couldn't be more troublesome--especially, San Ma Roo, the solo traveler. He fought with his girlfriend 3 days before the trip and then left her behind at the office while he still takes a vacation. He is a nuisance from day one when he is trapped in customs.

Surprisingly, during the trip, So So learns that Ma Roo is her fated lover. She does not want to believe that as she does not believe in Fate. Yet, when they are left alone on an island, they start to share each other's pain from previous relationships, and begin to develop mutual feelings. What will So So's decide after meeting Ma Roo? Will she go back to Korea to join him and her family or consider this relationship merely a whim?

This drama is a love story between an 19-year-old man and 31-year-old woman, born in the same year and were childhood friends.

Although born in the same year, two childhood friends end up being 12 years apart because they have aged at different places (worlds) for some strange reason. Now Jung Jung Won (Lee Yun Hee) is a 31-year-old woman but Sung Hae Sung (Yeo Jin Goo) is still a 19-year-old boy. Meanwhile, Cha Min Joon (Ahn Jae Hyun) is a chef also interested in Jung Jung Won.

The program is like a documentary series about the dinner search's journey of two men, Lee Kyung Kyu and Kang Ho Dong, who have been called "National MCs" of many South Korean entertainment programs. For each episode, they must execute the same mission: "With a spoon on hand, go to a prescribed place by the common transport (or walking) and request to have dinner with a normal family".

Jung Myung witnessed her nanny and bodyguard consumed by the flames. Adrift on the boat, Jung Myung lost consciousness and was picked up by a merchant boat crossing to Dejima in Japan. She was sold as a slave.

To survive in the hostile environment she hid the fact that she was a princess. She also vanquished her memories of ever being a princess so that she could focus on how to get revenge. Posing as a boy, Jung Myung worked as a laborer in the sulfur mine. But she discovered hope in the depths of her despair. It was a friendship between Ja Gyung that helped her cling to life. But she never lost her focus on returning to Joseon one day and brings the downfall of Gwanghae who had taken everything away from her. Then an opportunity arose. She began peddling information and secrets in the sulfur mines. Leveraging her strategic location, she followed the Joseon delegation visiting Japan back to Joseon. Finally, her dream to return to Joseon had come true…

During the Japanese occupation of Korea in 1928, young Tatsuo (later played by Joe Odagiri) arrives with his parents in Seoul where Tatsuo's grandfather is stationed as an army official. On his arrival at his grandfather's house, Tatsuo meets a young Korean boy named Joon-Sik (later played by Jang Dong-Gun). Joon-Sik, his younger sister and his father all work and reside in the Japanese official's home. Young Tatsuo and Joon-Sik both enjoy running and have competed since as marathon runners. As high school students, Tatsuo wins a marathon race. To celebrate Tatsuo's victory, a party is held at his grandfather's home. Joon-Sik and his family serve food during the party. A man then hands a small box to Joon-Sik's father instructing him to give the box as a present to Tatsuo. Joon-Sik's father then hands the present to Tatsuo in front of all the guests. Tatsuo opens the box and takes out a small doll like present. A clicking sound is then heard. Tatsuo's grandfather suddenly grabs the doll and dives on top of it. A violent explosion then occurs. Tatsuo's grandfather dies from the explosion and Joon-Sik's father is taken away by the police. Joon-Sik's father is released by the police, but not as the same man as he was before. He was severely beaten and is now crippled. Joon-Sik and his family are kicked out of Tatsuo's home. Tatsuo also points a sword at Joon-Sik and warns him to never cross his path again. Time passes and Joon-Sik supports his family by working as a rickshaw runner. A qualifying marathon race is about to be held for the upcoming Olympics, but Koreans are not allowed to participate. A press conference is held for the qualifying match with Tatsuo in attendance. Korean marathon runner Son Ki-Jung, winner from the Berlin Olympics, crashes the press conference and demands that Korean runners be allowed to compete in the qualifying race. Son Ki-Jung made it to the press conference with the help of Joon-Sik, who ran through the streets at incredible speeds with Son Ki-Jung riding in his rickshaw. During the press conference Joon-Sik asks to take part in the match. Meanwhile, Tatsuo grew up under the influence of his military officer grandfather. Tatsuo is extremely loyal to the Japanese Emperor and willing to die for his country, but Tatsuo's father is different. Tatsuo's father is a doctor and believes human life is more important than war. Tatsuo's father wanted Tatsuo to follow in his footsteps and become a doctor, but Tatsuo refused. Son Ki-Jung then arrives at Joon-Sik's home and gives him the good news that he is allowed to take part in the Olympic qualifying match. The race takes place with a large attendance. Koreans and Japanese stand by cheering on their favorite runners. Towards the finish line, Tatsuo holds a slim lead over Joon-Sik, but is overtaken prior to crossing the finish line by Joon-Sik. Yet, the announcer declares Tatsuo as the winner. Joon-Sik protests in front of the marathon director, but is beaten by nearby guards. A riot quickly ensues. The Koreans that riot against the Japanese guards are then arrested. The arrested Koreans, including Joon-Sik, learn that they are now conscripted into the Japanese army as their punishment. Now Joon-Sik and other Koreans find themselves fighting for the Japanese Imperial Army in China. One day, they gather in line to greet a new Japanese colonel for their unit. The man that gets out of the car is Tatsuo ...

Yun-woo Kim works as a low level civil servant in a district office. Although he is thirty, he is still innocent for his age and has been on numerous unfruitful blind dates in search of a suitable wife. After moving to a new place, he runs runs into Soo-yong Han, a high school student who lives downstairs. Soo-young Han is a cheerful and eccentric eighteen-year-old who lives with her mother that acts like a princess. Meanwhile, Sook Kang has just started to work at the district office straight after graduating from high school and falls head over heels for Ha-kyuing Kwon, a melancolic woman who always smokes in the same spot, becuase of her beautiful smile. Ha-kyung is still holding onto an old flame and keeps on looking for traces of that love every day. Sook Kang continues to keep wooing her, irregardless of her living in the past. Can their futures lead to a happy ending?

"Paradise Ranch" is a bright romantic drama that covers the life of a couple that were married at an early age and eventually divorced.

Back on Jeju island, Lee Da Ji finds herself being cheated and faces loosing the ranch. Ex-husband Hang Dong Joo comes to Jeju island to build a resort for his family's company. He then discovers that Lee Da Ji's ranch is now under his name and his family will build a resort there. Seo Yoon Ho also comes to jeju island for his work as a investor of the resort, which Hang Dong Joo's family company are planning to build.

Jang Bo Go was a slave from Shilla (a Korean dynasty that lasted from 57 B.C. until 935 A.D.) He was sold in China during the Tang Dynasty, where he was trained as a gladiator-slave. Through hard work and perseverance, he made it back to Shilla and became a successful sea merchant. The sea passage at the time was plagued by pirates and Jang Bo Go went head to head with them in battles and managed to keep the pirates at bay.

This epic drama tells the story of a historical figure blending it with intrigue and battle of wit to make it into a successful drama of all times.
