“Abyss” is about a man and a woman who tragically die and are given another chance at life through soul-reviving marbles in a magical abyss.

Go Se Yeon was a tough, accomplished, and an unrivaled beautiful female prosecutor who worked in the Seoul District public Office but gets into a fatal accident and dies. However, due to the mysterious magical marble—Abyss—Go Se Yeon is revived, but now in a totally different appearance. This series' particular group was fractious and troublesome despite its small size. The seven tourists included a man who came without his girlfriend, a dating couple that has been together for 7 years, an older couple with a demanding & complaining husband, and a man traveling with a younger woman. The group members couldn't be more troublesome--especially, San Ma Roo, the solo traveler. He fought with his girlfriend 3 days before the trip and then left her behind at the office while he still takes a vacation. He is a nuisance from day one when he is trapped in customs.

Surprisingly, during the trip, So So learns that Ma Roo is her fated lover. She does not want to believe that as she does not believe in Fate. Yet, when they are left alone on an island, they start to share each other's pain from previous relationships, and begin to develop mutual feelings. What will So So's decide after meeting Ma Roo? Will she go back to Korea to join him and her family or consider this relationship merely a whim?

If You Were Me is a 2003 South Korean omnibus film, comprising six short films directed by six prominent Korean directors, Jeong Jae Eun, Yim Soon Rye, Yeo Kyun Dong, Park Chan Wook, Park Jin Pyo, Park Kwang Su. Commissioned by South Korea's National Human Rights Commission, each of the shorts deal with discrimination in Korea. The film has spawned several live-action sequels, as well as two animated films, which deal with similar themes.

"Tongue Tied" - Korean parents' extreme fervor for education is exposed as a child undergoes a tongue operation to enhance his ability in spoken English. Directed by Park Jin Pyo.

"N.E.P.A.L.: Never Ending Peace and Love" - A Nepalese woman named Chandra spends six years in a mental hospital after she was mistakenly accused of losing her mind. Tackles the human rights of foreign laborers in Korea. Directed by Park Chan-wook.
