After completing his mission in South Korea, a North Korean spy (Park Sung-Woong) hopes to return to his motherland to see his son Myung-Hoon (T.O.P) and daughter Hye-In (Kim You-Jung) again, but he is betrayed by his own country and killed by a South Korean agent.In North Korea, his children Myung-Hoon and Hye-In are sent off to a forced labor camp. Later, high ranking North Korean military official Sang-Chul (Jo Sung-Ha) visits Myung-Hoon at the labor camp. He offers Myung-Hoon a deal. If Myung-Hoon successfully carries out a spy mission in South Korea, Myung-Hoon and his sister will be released from the labor camp. Myung-Hoon accepts the deal and undergoes 2 years of intense training.Myung-Hoon finally arrives in South Korea under the guise of a North Korean defector. He is adopted by a South Korean couple who are actually North Korean spies and enrolls at a local high school. At his new high school, Myung-Hoon sits next to a girl named Hye-In (Han Ye-Ri). She has the same name as his younger sister. Hye-In is the frequent target of bullies in their class, but Myung-Hoon falls for her. Meanwhile, Myung-Hoon finally receives his mission from North Korea. He is to locate a North Korean spy with the nickname of Big Dipper (Jung Ho-Bin) and take him out. Meanwhile, a power struggle ensues in North Korea with the failing health of dictator Kim Jung-Il and Myung-Hoon quickly becomes a liability.

Kim Sun Woo, who spent his school days as a troublemaker, decides to make a change in his life and joins the sea special attack team, which is called Poseidon. A missing person case involving a female university student and the victim in a hit and run case appears to be the same person. Detectives look for a witness. The witness, Min Soo Ah appears, but Min Soo Ah is also blind. She used to be a promising student at the police academy. With her acute senses, Min Soo Ah is able to reveal important clues on the hit and run case. Another witness, Kwon Ki Sub then appears. Ki Sub, who witnessed the case with his own eyes, gives contradictory statements to Min Soo Ah. The investigation then goes through many twists and turns, while Min Soo Ah finds herself up against the killer.

A terrorist group known as "Athena" and led by evil mastermind Son Hyuk threatens South Korea and the world. It is now up to special agent Lee Jung Woo of the National Security Agency to foil their terrifying conspiracy. Jo Soo Young, the daughter of the South Korean president, is kidnapped and hidden away in Italy. Jung Woo and his team are given the assignment to find her and bring her back.

Oh Hye Sung met Choi Eom Ji when they were young and didn't meet her again til they were in high school. However, at that time Eom Ji was the girlfriend of a star baseball player, Ma Dong Tak. Hye Sung pitched a perfect game in his professional debut but injured his arm in the process. Doctors told him that it would be unlikely for him to ever play baseball again. Devastated by what the doctors told him, Hye Sung disappears without a trace to an isolated island to train on a professional baseball team under a coach with very unorthadox methods . After several years of training, Hye Sung returns to find everything has changed.

After aimlessly hopping crime scenes for five years, detective Kang Cheol Jung hands in his resignation in the face of major financial burdens. His chief, however, asks him to stay on until a high school murder case is closed. At first, it looks hopeless, but then Kang finds a fingerprint lead, and later learns that three of the dead student's friends are employed by a single company. He begins to investigate the group and its leader, Lee Won Sul.
