Jinga Mikage, a member of the Makai Knights known as the Shining Shadow Knight Roze, alongside his partner Fuusa, and his younger brother Touma, fight against Horrors, demon spirits which take control of people who have a dark inner self. Although Zinga is a great Makai Knight, he has been trauma-ridden after a certain incident occurs to his family. These events lead to his hesitation in striking down a Horror who was once a human. During a battle, Zinga is badly wounded by a Horror, after which, strange things begin occurring.

During the Sengoku period, the Ii family governs the Totomi region. Due to many past wars, there are no more male successors left to become a lord. Naotora Ii (Kou Shibasaki), the only daughter of the lord, now becomes a lord. She faces a difficult period. The constant love from her fiance, whom she became engaged with at a young age, helps her to keep moving forward.

The story revolves around the 38-year-old Usa Shijimi (Watanabe), who is a high school classical literature teacher. Her students are mean to her, but they don’t realize that she has another identity. Outside school, she lies about her age to be active as the super popular 17-year-old idol Watanabe Mayu, whom the students adore.

Hajime Misaki (Kento Hayashi) gave up on his dream of becoing a boxing champion. One day, Hajime meets Ryo Azuma (Takumi Saito), the boss of the Tenrokai gang. Hajime admires Ryo who carries an extraordinary aura. Right away, Hajime joins the Tenrokai gang.

Hajime is introduced to Hiko (Tomorowo Taguchi) from Ryo Azuma. Meanwhile, the Yokomizo gang led by Hitoshi Kitajima (Kippei Shiina), which controls the area, begins to look around the Tenrokai gang. The conflict between Tenrokai and Yokomizo gangs gets deeper. Meanwhile, a third rival gang led by Kanemitsu Hachiya (Kyosuke Yabe) monitors the conflict awaiting for an opportunity. The past of Ryo Azuma, Tomu (Nobuaki Kaneko) and Jeri (Gota Watabe) is also revealed ...

Amanogawa High School has become the center of strange happenings, and things only get stranger when the bad boy styled transfer student Gentaro Kisaragi attempts to make friends in his own unique way, reuniting with childhood friend and self-professed space travel otaku Yuki Jojima, all while gaining the ire of loner Kengo Utahoshi. When the campus becomes overrun with monstrous constructs called Zodiarts, Kengo and Yuki attempt to use the strange devices they have found in the Rabbit Hatch lunar base that they access through a locker on an off-limits part of campus to fight them. However, Gentaro interferes in their plans, in part due to Kengo's body unable to handle the strains of battle, and uses the devices to transform into Fourze. Upon learning of other heroes called Kamen Riders, Gentaro creates the Kamen Rider Club whose membership includes Yuki, Kengo, the school's queen bee Miu Kazashiro, Miu's jock ex-boyfriend Shun Daimonji, garishly styled social butterfly JK and goth girl Tomoko Nozama. Later joined by Ryusei Sakuta, a transfer student who transforms into Kamen Rider Meteor, and their teacher Mr. Chuta Ohsugi, the Kamen Rider Club and Kamen Rider Fourze learn of the Horoscopes, an evolved group of Zodiarts who have been orchestrating events on the school grounds to build up their ranks. As the battle escalates, the Horoscopes sets their motions to their final phase of their master plan before Kengo discovers his true existence.
