In the 19th century, on the night of her wedding day, Park Yeon Woo's husband died after revealing that he had suffered from a heart condition for a long time. She is devastated, but before she can even mourn her husband, she gets kidnapped by a man and is thrown into a well. The moment she opened her eyes, she saw her husband before her. Transcending time, space and death, she is now in present-day Seoul, South Korea, and the man who saves her from the swimming pool is Kang Tae Ha, who looks a lot like her dead husband from the 19th century.

Kang Tae Ha is the successor of SH Seoul Corporation. He does not like opening himself up to others due to his heart disease and the trauma that he endured in his childhood. He prioritizes logic over emotions and is uninterested in having a romantic relationship, but his ill grandfather tells him that he wishes to see his wedding before he dies. Based on the novel “Solomon no Gisho / ソロモンの偽証” by Miyuki Miyabe which was published from 2002-Oct to 2011-Nov. This novel have been made into Japanese TV drama “Solomon’s Perjury (Part 1 & Part 2)” which were released on 2015-March-7 and 2015-Apr-11.

Solomon's Perjury is a murder mystery that digs into what really happened regarding the death of a student and deals with the growing pains of teenagers. On a Christmas night, a student fell off the school’s rooftop and died. The police concluded that he committed a suicide, and the school immediately tried to hold a memorial ceremony to quickly move on. (Der Yalu Flie?t) is not only a very faithful adaptation of the original (the first episode is more or less the novel?s content, while the remaining two talk about the rest of Li?s life in Germany), but also a throwback to the great period dramas of the early to mid 90s, like ????? (Kareisky) and ??? ??? (Eyes of Dawn). Its slow paced and poetic prose might feel out of place in today?s K-drama industry, so preoccupied with shallow glitz and glamour, but it?s with substance and narrative fundamentals that this drama succeed on almost all accounts, as one of the best overlooked gems of the year.

Picture book author Kwon Yoon-duk decides to join the 'Picture Books for Peace Planning Committee' with other authors from Korea, China and Japan to created a picture book on ‘comfort women’ to the Japanese colonial army. But as she proceeds, past wounds forgotten for years start to haunt her. Meanwhile Korean and Japanese authors start a heated debate over her sketch and the completion of the picture book seems to drift further out of reach.

On March 26, 1991, the local elections are being held. Since it is a school day off, the five boys set off to the nearby mountain and never return.
