While transporting dangerous high-profile prisoners, a prisoner transport vehicle turns over. These prisoners escape and make a run for it. To catch these escaped prisoners, the police decide to regroup a special crime investigation team, which consists of prisoners like Park Woong Cheol, known to take out 30 people by himself; Kwak No Soon, who is a skilled con artist; Ko Yoo Sung, a former detective; and the legendary detective Oh Goo Tak.

Since her parents died, In Ae and her younger sister Eun Hye have lived together by themselves. The two sisters rely on each other, but, one day, Eun Hye disappears. Older sister In Ae struggles to find Eun Hye and seeks to take revenge on those responsible for her sisters disappearance.

To avenge the murder of his family, a man goes to Sura Island, a prison for dangerous criminals where dangerous criminals are housed.

"Summer Snow" is an omnibus film featuring three stories, about the one and only moment for different couples to test their chances by confessing their true love to their neglected, special ones.

#1 Myung-hwan, a devoted detective, ran to the crime scene forgetting about a rendezvous with his daughter. While waiting for daddy to come, his daughter Chae-yoon gets killed in a hit-and-run accident. Feeling guilty about her death and determined to get her revenge, Myung-hwan embarks on the search for the hit-and-run driver by himself.

#2 As a scandal breaks about the romance between Korean wave star Jong-hyuk and actress Seo-jung, the latter’s long-time manager Tae-jung tries hard to split two lovers as he doesn’t approve this romance. Then suddenly, Tae-jung finds out that his days are numbered and starts to make a bucket list.

#3 Gang-chil is a former boxing champion who once had it all going for him. He enjoys spending his time at the hospital room bragging about his glorious past to other patients. The story is about a man fighting against the selfish and corrupt government to save the ordinary peasants. Iljimae was abandoned by his birth father and adopted by a Chinese couple. He returns to Korea to find his birth family and realizes how unjust the world really is. He watched as his first love, Dal Yi, was wrongfully put to death. Iljimae then vows to help the commoners from the corrupt government officials.
