This is a pre-produced drama. Filming began on 2017-October. An popular anchorwoman, Go Hye Ran (Kim Nam Joo) is suspected of murder. Her husband, Kang Tae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) who is a prosecutor-turned-public defender, decides to defend her. Through the process of fighting the murder charge, the couple grows closer again.

The program is like a documentary series about the dinner search's journey of two men, Lee Kyung Kyu and Kang Ho Dong, who have been called "National MCs" of many South Korean entertainment programs. For each episode, they must execute the same mission: "With a spoon on hand, go to a prescribed place by the common transport (or walking) and request to have dinner with a normal family".

One day, the only son of famous news anchor, Han Kyung-bae, disappeared without a trace. Soon, the kidnapper calls the nine-year-old boy’s mother, Oh Jisun, demanding $100,000 as ransom. The police assign veteran detective Kim Wook-jung to the case and assemble a task force under his command. However, the kidnapper constantly outwits the police traps and keeps calling the parents with yet another instruction for the money drop. The only clue the police and the parents have is the kidnapper’s voice recorded on tape. The parents become restless and angry as days turns into weeks, and one day, when the kidnapper calls Han Kyung-bae with another set of instructions, he turns the situation completely around and demands a direct confrontation.

Cha Yoon Hee is a successful TV drama producer, who has been afraid of having in-laws, specifically a mother-in-law. Because of this, Yoon Hee has decided to look for a guy who isn't closely connected to his family, and if she couldn't find such a guy, she was planning on staying single.

Hwang Tae Hee is the daughter of a chaebol and team leader at her workplace. She is married to Bong Joon Soo who works at the same company. When Bong Joon Soo's ex-girlfriend, Baek Yeo Jin, who happens to be Hwang Tae Hee's rival as well, begins to work in her team, troubles start to surface. Tae Hee has to juggle her challenges in love with those in work, helping shape her boss and department director, Goo Yong Shik, from an insensitive and uninterested second generation chaebol to a true leader. Tae Hee's seeming success in love, however, presents her with another problem as she begins to realize that marriage involves just as many obstacles to overcome.

Ji Ae was the most popular girl in school whereas Bong Soon was the girl that was always made fun of. Years later, their roles are reversed as Bong Soon's husband, Han Joon Hyuk, is very successful whereas Ji Ae's husband, Ohn Dal Soo, is just an average company worker. Things get complicated when Dal Soo starts an extra-marital affair with his boss's wife, Eun So Hyun. How will Ji Ae react to this?
