Tanaka Kyoko is a 40-year-old OL, who works in the accounting department. She is excellent at her job. She has a modest appearance and doesn’t have a boyfriend, but she has a secret that nobody knows about. Her secret is that she performs as a sexy belly dancer. Every night, she belly dances in a glittering costume at a restaurant.

Meanwhile, Kurahashi Akari is a temp worker at the same company where Tanaka Kyoko is employed. Recently, she notices something has changed about Tanaka Kyoko and she is curious why. One evening, Kurahashi Akari visits a restaurant and is enthralled with the performance by exotic belly dancer Sali. The dancer's real name is Tanaka Kyoko.

Old apartment complexes, rented houses in the suburbs, and cabs running through the cities. These scenes may look ordinary but each has a different story to tell. A daughter who works part-time to support her disabled mother; a woman who has been cut off from her family and continues to work as a cab driver; a granddaughter who lives in a rented house and works at a factory with her grandmother. This is the story of three women, who live far apart from each other and do not know each other's existence until a fateful encounter through a radio program.

Bunka Ichijo is a graduate student with an IQ of 200 who tries to investigate the strange deaths happening nationwide after people supposedly watched a cursed video and her younger sister also did the same out of curiosity.

The film is set 3 years after the events of 'High and Low: The Worst' which follows the rivalry between Oya High's street fighters and delinquents of Housen Academy.

Starts off where the drama left off.

Shintaro, now a Noble Dolly of the new club called Club Noble, decides to take over St. Brilliant Academy and battles against the prince group, who are led by Kanade Suzaku, over the title "Legend".

The story tells what happened at the Oya Institute after the fight in the containers of the High & Low movie.

Fujio and Tsukasa were students from Oya High School, but Fujio had to move to a school in the countryside where his grandfather lives to take care of him. While in the institute new students will try to take control.

A school has a competition every three years in which they pick a 'Prince of Legend'. 14 males students, including Kanade Suzaku, take part in the competition this year.

Suzaku Kanade is the scion of the Suzaku Group who is a bilingual "straight A" student with good looks and great athletic abilities. He is deemed a "celebrity prince" with graceful manners. One day, through his father's introduction, Kanade meets "bad boy prince" Kyogoku Takato who is a charismatic figure among the bad boys in the downtown area.

Kanade and Takato who live in completely different worlds and have totally opposite personality start to compete for an "important thing".

However, Takato's little brother Kyogoku Ryu, student-union president prince Ayanokoji Aoi, dance prince Red - Tendo Koki, teacher prince Yuki Riichi, and beautician prince Sagasawa Haru also join the competition...
