In order to form a project dance crew, 40 enthusiastic solo dancers with amazing skills and wonderful careers gather around the stage. “Idols On The Quiz” will invite K-pop idols from different nationalities to take part in a unique quiz. Jung Hyung Don is a veteran of idol variety shows, has been the MC of JTBC’s “Idol Room” and MBC every1’s “Weekly Idol,” and Jang Sung Kyu has been rising in recent years, known for his honesty and variety chops. The two are close in real life, with Jung Hyung Don even giving Jang Sung Kyu his “Line-crossing Jang Sung Kyu” nickname, so anticipation is rising for their chemistry on the show.

At the Idol Ability Market, idol groups must "sell" their talents to the pawn shop owner in order to earn coins. The more coins the group earns, the more time they earn to perform their latest single at the end of the episode.

Idol Star Athletics Championships is back for the new year of 2020. Jun Hyun Moo, Dahyun, and Leeteuk are the MCs. Sportscasters and judges of each category provide their expertise for a more solid game. 44 teams including SEVENTEEN, MONSTA X, OH MY GIRL, ITZY, MOMOLAND, SF9, VICTON join the show. This year, archery, track and field, pitching, penalty shootout, equestrian are the major events. Also, e-sports is part of the lineup since it garnered popularity last Chuseok. Upon completion of their first lessons, for the next lessons tests will be conducted, and if the students do not score more than 90 marks, the home tutors will end their provisions of tuition to the students. The hosts and studio guests watch the ways the tutors conduct their lessons in the studio and provide some commentaries about their ways of teaching.

Set one year after Age of Youth (Season 1). Yoon Jin Myung (Han Ye Ri) successfully found a job after she returned from China. Jung Ye Eun (Han Seung Yeon) took a year off from school due to the aftereffects of her abusive ex-boyfriend. She is now returning to her university.
