Kazama Kimichika is an instructor at a police academy. He is keenly observant and watches over his students. He is calm as an instructor and has charisma, but strict. Students with various backgrounds attend the police academy with their own reasons of becoming police officers. They feel pressure having to follow the strict rules and have anxiety about getting kicked out of the academy. How many students will graduate among the 90 students? What is the real purpose of Kimichika Kazama giving hardship to the students?

After Tamiko Kazami 's husband passes away, she works their dairy farm. People around her oppose her, but she places her cattle out to pasture which her late husband persisted. Tamiko's situation is not very good. Her father-in-law's chronic disease gets worse and she must do all the labor by herself. One night, a man comes to stay the night because of a broken bike. Tamiko asks him "Please work here."

During the Sengoku period, the Ii family governs the Totomi region. Due to many past wars, there are no more male successors left to become a lord. Toto Neechan (とと姉ちゃん?) is an upcoming Japanese television drama series and the 94th asadora on NHK. It will premiere on April 4, 2016 and will end on October 1, 2016. The theme song is "Hanataba wo Kimi ni", by Utada Hikaru.

Akira (Teppei Koike) is late for his first day on the job as a firefighter. A fire occurs on that day and he goes with the other firefighters to the fire scene. Akira becomes frozen in front of the fire. Back at the fire station, Akira hopes to work at the fire station, but not go out to a fire site. Fire Captain Yohei (Toshio Kakei) decides to place Akira with a emergency medical services team. The emergency medical service team is always busy, but not always for emergency situations. One day, Akira and the medical services team go out to a car accident scene. A child there is having a cardiopulmonary arrest. The captain of the team, Kaede (Norika Fujiwara), instructs Akira to save the child. Akira applies first aid and the child's condition improves. For the first time in his life, Akira saves someone's life.

A Japanese take on Notting Hill (1999). Sosuke Nakata (Kusanagi Tsuyoshi), is just your everyday salaried worker. There is really nothing special that stands out about Nakata. Nakata obviously has no idea about what happened at the press conference. He also doesn't know what lies ahead for him at work, and about Hikaruko's true intentions.
