This is a story of a family on a farm named Ojakgyo. The family consist of a grandmother, parents, and four brothers. Hwang Chang Shik is the father of the family and he runs the Ojakgyo farm. The grandmother and mother are loving people. Eldest son Tae Shik works as a physical therapist. He is almost 40-years-old, but still single. Tae Shik looks for the perfect woman to fall in love with at first sight. The second son is Tae Bum who works as a reporter for a broadcasting company. Kim Kyung Sook, Kyung Ku and Kyung Min's father who was a widowed farmer married Keum Shil's mother when Keum Shil was six. The marriage was not a happy one and Keum Shil's mother continued her affair with Park Byung Sam, a rich landlord in the village, who was running for a seat in the Parliament.
