Set during the Joseon Dynasty period, four people from different walks of life come together to make Prince Lee Geum the King and reform the Saheonbu. The four people are Lee Geum, Yeo Ji, Park Moon Soo, and Dal Moon.

Lee Geum is a prince, but, even though he is smart, he is not recognized as a prince due to his mother being born in the lowest class.

Yeo Ji is damo at the Saheonbu. She investigates cases enthusiastically. She has a talent for martial arts and foreign languages. Yeo Ji is the best investigator at the Saheonbu, including the male investigators. Park Moon Soo has been preparing for his exam to become a public officer. He is not very smart and has difficulty with the exam, but he is honest and tender to other people. Dal Moon is a famous clown. He is good at martial arts.

A profiler and a prosecutor must uncover the hidden secrets surrounding unique items with supernatural powers and a conspiracy.

Kang Gon is a prosecutor full of justice and a warm heart. In order to save his niece Da In, he jumps into a conspiracy surrounding an item having supernatural powers. Kang Gon works with a criminal profiler Shin So Yeong.

Poong-Sang (Yu Jun-Sang) took care of his 4 younger siblings and supported them financially, because his parents did not support them. Yeon Heung Bu is an author of popular novels. He writes a novel to find his lost older brother. Heung Bu then meets Jo Hyuk. Jo Hyuk is a nobleman and takes care of people. Heung Bu finds enlightenment from Jo Hyuk. Meanwhile, Jo Hyuk’s older brother is Jo Hang Ri. He is completely different from Jo Hyuk. He will do anything to gain more power. Heung Bu decides to write a story about the brothers Jo Hyuk and Jo Hang Ri.

Heung Bu completes the novel “Heungbu and Nolbu” and the novel is a success. It's popularity soon spreads all across Joseon. Jo Hang Ri takes advantage of the situation and plots to gain absolute power in Joseon.

Under the colonial rule of Japan, 400 or so Koreans who are conscripted into slave labor on 'The Battleship Island', attempt to escape for life. 1944, during the Japanese occupation of Korea, conscripted civilians head out to the Hashima island. Nicknamed 'The Battleship Island' after its resemblance to a war vessel, some are lured by false promises of high wages. As the Pacific War nears its end, PARK, a Korean independence activist assigned on a mission to rescue a Korea's spiritual leader from the island. As the U.S. launches massive counterattack on Japan, the Japanese decided to blow up the island in order to bury the truth about their awful treatment of the Korean slave labors. PARK discovers the plan, and conspires with LEE and others for mass escape of all 400 Koreans.

Salut D’Amour is a warm, heartfelt movie that tells the story of a romantic relationship between an elderly couple, Sung Chil and Geum Nim. Sung Chil, an ill-tempered, stubborn employee working at the store owned by Jang Soo, meets Geum Nim, a flower shop owner. After meeting each other, Sung Chil begins to show changes for the better. A mellow drama looking for truth amidst plots, betrayals an lies as people know each other’s secrets. Eun Soo is a positive character who never loses hope even in the hardest circumstances but loses her memory in a car accident and lives as Yoo Jung who married to Jin Goo.
