Hyun Woo and Sun Young go through a divorce ceremony and they are now officially divorced. Hyun Woo enjoys his single status, but his ex-wife suddenly appears in front of him one day. Sun Young is with her new boyfriend Sang Cheol. Sang Cheol is unaware that Sun Young was once married to Hyun Woo.

An ace police crisis negotiator, Chae-yoon, is called to the scene where her supervisor is taken hostage. Through the control room monitor, she is faced with the cold-blooded hostage taker, Tae-gu, whose demeanors are difficult to interpret.
