A supernatural-themed detective series – however the ‘supernatural’ won’t be the traditional ghosts and spirits-theme that audiences are used to seeing. Rather, the drama uses ‘super’ scientific concepts as well as realistic methods to investigate a variety of mysterious, unusual cases. The series will revolve around the main character Hung Gei Yuen -- a former high-ranking police inspector who, after being traumatized by the mysterious death of his son, acquires the hidden ability to capture and enter other people’s subconscious, as he deeply believes that his son was actually murdered in the ‘inner confines of the subconscious’! At the same time, he starts to display signs of having a split personality and works hard to study about the ‘hidden subconscious’ in the hopes of one day finding his son’s killer.

Each main character in this series will have some sort of ‘hidden ability’ that makes them different from other people. Even though each of them will have a ‘regrettable flaw’ and perhaps even be viewed by society as being ‘abnormal’ or ‘weird’, this does not affect their self-esteem. In fact, they are able to turn this ‘regrettable flaw’ into a ‘hidden ability’ and use it to help them solve many mysterious cases.

The reunion of two sisters and the quarrels between them are used to examine the changing relationship between China and Hong Kong in the past 30 years. The blood relationship can not be denied. As China becomes more powerful, the drama questions how do Hong Kongers position themselves? Would you still want to be a Hong Konger in the next life? Can the current social conflicts be solved with money? With theemerging integration of China and Hong Kong, what core values can Hong Kong people still defend?

Leung Hau-Chi (Ada Choi) is a typical career woman in her 30s - fussy, arrogant and easily irritated by the sight of beautiful young women. Into Thin Air' begins with Zhing and Winnie as a married couple. One day when Zhing is solving a case about a 'Rose Murderer', his son is there. His son wants to play with Zhing and Zhing is annoyed because he is trying to catch the murderer, so he shouts at him and pushes him away. Zhing then tries to find the murderer but the murderer has escaped. After this incident Zhing was fired and wasn't a police officer anymore.

Two years later the series tells us that Zhing and Winnie are divorced. Zhing has opened a service place that helps people find lost belongings with his cousin Super and friends Bo and Yen. Zhing has opened this servicing place to help people find what they have lost and also in the hope of finding his son.

Siu and her father are in the acting industry but they play small parts in series and they help out the director. One day Siu is looking after many children that are a part of a series and she brings them to a fast food restaurant. The children are all running about and being quite noisy. Zhing and Super are at the fast food restaurant too and see all the children running around in circles. Siu loses her earring and Zhing helps her find it. They acknowledge each other and Siu and Zhing exchange business cards.

'Into Thin Air' continues with a range of sub plots, mysteries and investigations. This series is also full of suspense, romance and emotional moments.

A romantic comedy about the Ling Wu family who have a tradition of matchmaking since the Jin Dynasty. Ling Wan is a beautiful young girl who pretends to have an ugly face to prevent marrying. Her friend Chor Chor is not pretty looking either, therefore they became best friends. One day, Ling Wan accidentally saves the Emperor in disguise. He sees Ling Wan's real face and immediately falls in love with her. When he returns to the Imperial Palace, he could not get her off his mind so he sends someone to bring Ling Wan into the palace. Once Chor Chor realizes that Ling Wan's ugly face was fake and that the Emperor was bringing her into the palace she immediately goes find the "face changer", Siu To who she met beforehand in the village. Chor Chor makes Ling Wan unconscious and they switch faces. With now Ling Wan's face, Chor Chor takes her place and goes into the palace. The confused Ling Wan decides to travel to the palace alone to tell the Emperor the truth.
