Young Soon is a single mother and pig farmer who raised her son Kang Ho alone. Despite her love for him, her strict parenting caused Kang Ho to view her as a bad mother. As an adult, Kang Ho became a cold-hearted prosecutor and kept his distance from his mother. However, an unexpected accident caused him to return to his hometown and start over with Young Soon. Kang Ho's childhood friend Mi Joo, known for her warm heart and strong sense of justice, also reconnected with him after his accident, leading to a transformative experience for her.

Ahn Dae Sung has excellent memory. Even though he failed his exam to become a 9th grade public official for 3 years, he is still studying to pass that exam. He works part-time at MS Mart in the outskirts of Seoul, which his mother owns. His girlfriend is Ah Hee, who works as a police officer. Both his mother and girlfriend are supportive of him.

One day, a mysterious murder case takes place near an apartment building. MS Mart is located close to the murder scene. Ah Hee investigates the murder case by herself. Soon, Dae Sung and his mother, Myung Sook joins her investigation. The only clue of the murder case is a receipt that was issued from MS Mart.

When he notices the budding relationship between Ma Ha and Ryok, he determines to protect her from Ryok and lead Sparkling to beat out Shax as the most popular boy group in the industry.

Lee Jung-Yeon (Lee Min-Jung) dated Do-Hyun for 6 years and they will get married soon. Whenever she thinks about Do-Hyun, she can't stop smiling. During her middle and high school years Jung-Yeon was a quiet student with ordinary scores, but Do-Hyun appeared in front of her and they began a relationship. She is certain that Do-Hyun loves her. Jung-Yeon also has one thing that Do-Hyun does not have. That is a family.

Jeon Jin Ho is pretending to be gay in order to gain access to a mysterious mansion that was built by a famous architect Mr.Park. His daughter, Park Kae In would never accept him as a renter so he pretended to be gay.His hobbies include organization and ironing, and he’s known for his stoic poker face.
